Job Description

Job Description

The incumbent is required to develop learning and awareness programs to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity within GoRTT. The incumbent will promote awareness of security issues and communicate security principles among management and stakeholders, address policy queries and exemption requests. The incumbent is required to assist teams in Ministries/Departments/Agencies, academia, or the private sector to develop and publish structured data sets. The incumbent would be responsible for application of various tools, data mining, statistical techniques, algorithms and machine learning principles to identify trends, patterns and insights from raw data. The Digital Transformation Legal Adviser will provide high-level ICT legal advice to the Minister, the Inter- Ministerial Committees chaired by the Minister and the Ministry’s Executive, represent the Minister/Ministry at local, regional and international fora, draft and/or review ICT legal agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs} and other legal documents, and participate in negotiations, mediation and arbitration relative to digital transformation.
