You must be a graduate of at least a bachelorâs degree and may have up to 3 years of work experience only.
You must be eligible to work in Trinidad & Tobago.
For the ENGINEER role, you will be part of the STTL Asset Engineering Team as we are responsible for scoping, troubleshooting and assurance in support of the safe production of our Asset. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Skills for Engineering Role:
- Demonstrable Knowledge in Engineering principles
- Use of Technology and mainstream IT Tools
Skills for Commercial Role:
- Fundamentals of project management and business commerce
- Understanding of the technologies involved with the Energy
- Financial and accounting practices
- Data analytics and use of mainstream IT tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Data driven
- Communication proficiency in writing and speaking

Our Company (Trinidad & Tobago)
Shell has been in Trinidad & Tobago for over 100 years and has played a major role in the development of the countryâs oil and gas industry. At its pinnacle in the 1960âs, Shell was said to be the largest private sector employer in the country, with a refinery at Point Fortin, the current location of the Atlantic LNG facility and a retail presenceShell Trinidad & Tobago is now present in seven offshore and onshore blocks (both operated and non-operated) as well as pipelines and a larger presence in Atlantic LNGShell is the second largest gas producer in Trinidad & Tobago, operating assets both offshore (mainly) and onshore. Our growth agenda is pursued via development, exploration and new business. Atlantic LNG is the operator of a four-train liquefaction facility (~14.5 mtpa LNG gross capacity) of which Shell holds the majority interest at ~53% and Shell Trading affiliates lift LNG. Shell Trinidad & Tobago also supplies gas to the National Gas Company (NGC).
