SUPERVISOR, CREW SCHEDULING & CONTROL

JOB SUMMARY:This position will report to Senior Manager, Systems Operations Control and Crew Scheduling. The selected candidate will manage day-to day activities of the Crew Scheduling and Crew Control units to ensure good passenger care and ensure that all flights are properly crewed. He/She will have oversight of crew scheduling and control units in outstations and manage departmental systems to ensure compliance with TTCAA rules and regulations as well as Caribbean Airlinesâ policies. He/She will ensure that proper records are maintained for each crew member as well as ensure accurate duty time data is provided for payment of crew salaries and allowances. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and managing all Crew Scheduling and Control staff.
KEY DELIVERABLES:OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:Â Â Ensures effective and efficient utilization of assigned resources towards ensuring that on-time performance standards are achieved or surpassed on all levels. The incumbent ensures that all operational gaps are resolved with minimal disruption to flight schedules.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Â Builds and develops mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders, including the relevant Airport and Aviation Authorities in the requisite state.ÂREPORTING:Â Ensures the delivery of accurate and timely operational and other reports, with a view to supporting effective data analysis and decision-making.
COMPLIANCE:Â Ensure compliance with national and international aviation requirements, and in particular, with the terms and conditions of TTCAA and FAA.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:You must have a minimum of six (6) yearsâ experience at a senior level in a crew scheduling and control function as well as in-depth knowledge of rules for Flight Crew and Cabin Attendants. You must also possess a diploma in Business Management or equivalent level of training and experience and have a minimum of five (5) CXC passes including Maths and English. You must demonstrate the ability to supervise and lead a team. You must be proficient in the use of MS Office.You are required to have a strong customer service orientation and demonstrate the ability to lead and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be willing to work shift hours. You must also be able to work independently within clearly defined guidelines, possess excellent time management skills, and multitask. You will have excellent verbal and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. You must exhibit a positive attitude to complement your technical competencies.

JOB SUMMARY:The Brand and compliance officer will report to the Executive Manager, Marketing and Loyalty. He/she is responsible for maintaining brand consistency and ensuring compliance with Caribbean Airlinesâ company policies, regulations, and industry standards. He/ she will work with various departments to develop compliance programs and monitor adherence to these standards.
ÂKEY DELIVERABLES:- Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of company-provided services to employees in keeping with the departmentâs approved SLAs.
- Ensures compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and operational policy requirements.
- Manages the relationship with internal stakeholders. Partners with internal stakeholders to influence buying decisions, analyze and make recommendations to the business to ensure the most cost-effective decisions are made.
- Consults with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develops and maintains brand guidelines and standards, including visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Ensures consistency of brand elements across all marketing materials, products, and services, building trust with the audience.
- Monitors and enforces compliance with company policies and industry standards, including data privacy, advertising, and marketing regulations.
- Enforces policies around intellectual property usage, content access, and editing permissions
- Monitors changes and comments within the brand management hub to reduce errors & duplicates and accelerate decision-making.
- Conducts regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLSYou will have a Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. You must have at least (3) years of experience as a Brand and Compliance Officer or a similar role. You must be familiar with intellectual property, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data privacy. You should have a strong knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles and a solid commitment to maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of compliance management software and tools will be an asset.Caribbean Airlines Vacancies May 2023

FIRST OFFICER – ATR

JOB SUMMARY:ÂThe selected candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of the ATR Aircraft in accordance with the Standing Operating Procedures established by Caribbean Airlines Limited and the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority and other regulators.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:- A minimum of (5) CXC/ GCE Ordinary level passes including Math and English OR A High School Diploma (US & Canadian based applicants);
- A valid Trinidad and Tobago Commercial Pilots Licence (TTCPL) with a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating; and
- A Trinidad and Tobago Class One (1) Medical.
- A Degree/Diploma in Aviation Management, Aerospace Technology, Aeronautical Science or other similar discipline would be an asset.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES:The successful candidate must be able to function as a contributing member to a high performance team and possess excellent technical ability, verbal reasoning, decision making and critical reasoning skills.Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
First Officer â ATR is a safety sensitive position. Candidates will be subject to Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Testing. Candidates will also be subject to security background verification and clearance before any offer is made. Â

CAPTAIN ATR

JOB SUMMARY:
The Captain, ATR, will report to the Fleet Manager, ATR. The incumbent is responsible for the safe operation of the ATR aircraft in accordance with the Companyâs Operating Manuals and for effecting all reasonably possible economies on each flight to which he/she is assigned. Your engagement with the Airline will be for a fixed-term i.e. on contract.
ELIGIBILITY & PERSON SPECIFICATION:
–Â You must have a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) from TTCAA (an ICAO Contracting State).
– A degree in Airline/Airport Management, Aerospace Technology or Aeronautical Science would be an asset;
– Minimum 3000 hrs to include 1000 hrs P1/P1 U/S;
– Light (<12,500 lbs) max 500 hours towards total and P1/P1 U/S requirement max 500 hrs P3 towards total requirement;
– Valid Instrument Rating;
– Valid Recurrent Checks;
– Valid medical assessment in accordance with the requirements of the TTCAA. Such assessments shall not be valid for more than twelve (12) months; and
You must have a strong customer service orientation, work independently within clearly defined guidelines, and have excellent communication, risk management and problem-solving skills.
