STOCK CLERK â M&E (TRINIDAD)
JOB SUMMARY:The Stock Clerk will report to the Supervisor, Material Handling. The selected candidate will ensure that materials held in inventory are made available to users within the organization and provide an acceptable level of Material Services during and outside of normal working hours. He/she logs all components issued for control purposes daily to ensure reconciliation of like unserviceable items (one-for-one issue system) can be accomplished on the following day. In emergencies, outside of normal hours, the Stock Clerk sources and procures materials and components required for AOG situations. The incumbent arranges shipments of serviceable and unserviceable aircraft parts and delivers same to the Airport Customer Service Department for transport to Line Stations.
ÂKEY DELIVERABLES:Accountability:Â- Directs the receipt, storage, issue, delivery and despatch of components and materials as required and following prescribed procedures during a shift.
- Issues packages and arranges shipment of AOG spares required for Line Stations.
- Recalls or arranges the transfer of AOG/Critical components to Line Stations as required.
- Communicates with Line Stations on shipping details of AOG/Critical and standard items despatched for allocation or AOG.
- Reports irregularities, stock shortages, discrepancies, occurrences during the shift in the Stores Technical Handover Log Book.
- Â Ensures that the Inventory Management System is updated at the end of each shift and on every transaction related to Material services.
- Ensures all NIS/NASI requisitions are double-checked and routed to Material Planning for processing.
- Ensures all items returned beyond economic repair from Repair Vendors or in-house workshops are disposed of according to company policy and procedures.
Reporting:Â- Provides reports regularly to ensure accurate information is communicated.
Customer Service:Â- Ensures excellent customer service by providing the operations teams system-wide with the appropriate resources and tools and applicable regulatory compliance objectives.
Compliance:Â- Ensures that stores operations are maintained within the Commercial guidelines of Caribbean Airlines Materials and Logistics Department.
Safety & Environment:- Maintains a safe working environment to prevent hazards and incidents.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:ÂYou must possess Five (5) CXC/GCE âOâ Levels, including Mathematics & English, with a minimum of (3) years of experience in a similar position. You are required to demonstrate competence in using an Inventory/Materials Management System, knowledge of materials, and general inventory management principles. You must demonstrate the ability to identify labels necessary for transporting materials. Your ability to identify labels for Dangerous Goods as are essential for shipping would be an asset.You must understand the Caribbean Airlines product and operate as a technical representative at the Companyâs vendor/supplier facilities and airports where we operate.  You must also have excellent communication skills and be conversant in MS Office applications.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – PAYROLLJOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting Assistant (Payroll) will report to the Manager, Payroll. The selected candidate will support the Department in ensuring that the payroll functions are executed in accordance with company procedures, guidelines and statutory regulations.
ÂKEY DELIVERABLES:
Reporting:Â Ensures the delivery of accurate and timely reports to support effective data analysis and decision-making.
 Operational:
- Prepares reports and journals in accordance with pre-determined timeframes and guidelines.

- Assists with year-end processes, e.g. annual payroll tax, TD4s and payment summary reconciliations.
- Responds to payroll queries from all employees.
- Investigates discrepancies and data input as it relates to outstanding matters.
- Reconciles payroll-related general ledger accounts and payroll balance accounts
- Prepares Authorized Transfer letters for line station salaries and crew per diem allowances.
