To provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to Leader, exercising customer excellence, be results orientated and demonstrate delegated latitude in decision-making towards the effective utilisation of Leader’s time and the efficient management of the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides comprehensive administrative support in the form of quality documents, communiques, appropriate treatment of issues and alerts leader on high priority/deadline items.
• Provides efficient receipt, handling, dispatch, response, treatment and filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensures the professional handling of telephone and direct (in person) communications.
• Maintains proactive and efficient coordination of leader time through timely and appropriate scheduling and calendar management.
• Maintains comprehensive and timely retrieval of office records and critical documents.
• Establishes and maintains systems and methods for aiding the execution of secretarial and office administration.
• Coordinates all office activities, physical changes, acquisition of office supplies and equipment and direction to office personnel.
• Provides reports and updates for performance reporting and reviews.
• Conducts specialized research as requested and presentations for executive use.
• Maintain contacts, networks and liaisons across the organization and externally with agencies, organizations and associations to support operational activities as appropriate.
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Administration.
• Certified Professional Secretary
• Certified and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.

Minimum Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in an administrative/executive assistant position.
• A minimum of one (1) year in the oil and gas industry will be an asset.

#2 Treasury Analyst

To analyze, evaluate and effectuate treasury and investment transactions, provide insurance, debt and cash support and manage communication between management and investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processes all transactions related to short-term cash accounts and working capital lines of credit and assist with all related reporting.
• Reviews and submits all KYC documentation for various financial institutions.
• Oversees petty cash float including administration, documentation and maintenance while ensuring strict adherence to the financial policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicates key messages to investors, help to support release of information handle queries and provide feedback to management.
• Analyses and evaluates credit risk of customers to assess their ability to honour financial obligations.
• Provides support in monitoring debt covenant compliance and all related reporting as required by various loan agreements.
• Identifies and conducts analysis on investment alternatives using market data, broker relationships and corporate liquidity needs.
• Maintains updated departmental records including agreements, covenants, insurance renewals, group travel medical registers, subscriptions.
• Works daily, as needed with external brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure all Company business is supported by appropriate insurance coverage.
• Supports annual insurance renewal exercise working with Risk Analyst, and internal stakeholders to assess new business development that may require adjustments to insurance policies.
• Identifies and executes on opportunities to improve efficiency and resiliency of processes within Treasury and Risk team.
• Cultivates, develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide analytics to our business partners.
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline OR Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (ACCA).

Minimum Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years’ cash, risk, and debt management experience in Treasury and Risk, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in implementing security programmes and plans including emergency response, incident response management and recovery plans.
• Assists in the assessment and evaluation of risks and threats and report same to the supervisor. Provides countermeasures recommendations to mitigate the risk.
• Investigates and reports all incidents of crime and criminal activities for all Heritage assets – maritime, offshore and land.
• Implements and monitors corrective actions to rectify security related issues.
• Ensures proper reporting protocols are adhered to and all incident/investigation reports are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Maintains record management systems to manage case files for accurate record-keeping and proper organization of security investigative information.
• Ensures compliance with Asset Management Systems and Procedures.
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) Ordinary Level subjects and Diploma / Certificate in Security Management.
• Professional Certified Investigator certification (would be an asset).
• Firearm Users’ Employee Certificate (or previously held).
• Precept Holder (or previously held).

Minimum Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the Security Industry / Investigations.
