ICT Job Vacancies July 2022
To efficiently and effectively fulfill the ICT Sales and Support functions of the Company
UNDSL is seeking suitably qualified and ICT savvy individuals to expand our local and regional ICT sales. Your role will include prospecting; lead generation; account maintenance; forecasting and reporting.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Having a strong understanding and experience in ICT Sales processes and strategies
- Creating and submitting of commercial documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaising and coordinating with supply chain
- Fulfilling all administrative requirements for all opportunities including filing; mail processing; sales deliveries/collections
- Managing of all communication means (email, phone etc)
- Maintaining of sales records and general sales reporting
- Performing opportunity discoveries
- Performing effective and accurate ICT product and service match
- Familiarization of ICT products and services via certification and other means
- Maintaining a working knowledge of internal systems
The necessary Skills and Qualifications we require include:
- Tertiary level qualification in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar working environment
- Familiarity with ICT environments, good ICT acumen and easily adaptable to technology in the workplace
- Possess effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to proficiently operate computerized systems; create accurate documents and presentations
- Ability to operate under pressure; achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal direction
- Excellent Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to time manage and to work on various items simultaneously
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

UNDSL is seeking suitably qualified and ICT savvy individuals to fulfill the General Administrator – HR role. This role will be responsible for all human resource administration; research and records for the Company.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Strong research, documentation preparation, reporting writing and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with local and regional HR policies and with Company policies
- Liaising and coordinating with internal departments
- Representing of parties for HR matters
- Preparation for Company evaluations and other procedures
- Managing of all communication means (email, phone etc)
- Maintaining of staff records
- Preparation and analyzing data and presentation of reports
- Attending of meetings; minute recording
- Maintaining HR certifications
- Maintaining a working knowledge of internal systems
The necessary Skills and Qualifications we require include:
- Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management or similar field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar working environment
- Familiarity with ICT environments, good ICT acumen and easily adaptable to technology in the workplace

The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Liaising and coordinating with supply chain
- Coordination of shipping logistics for local and international shipments
- Fulfilling all administrative requirements for all opportunities including filing; mail processing; purchasing deliveries/collections for internal and customer
- Managing of all communication means (email, phone etc)
- Maintaining of records, databases, logs
- Generation of reports
- Facilitation and coordination of company travel arrangements
- Fulfilling of internal purchases
- Updating of inventory
- Coordination and arrangements for all company events; meetings
- Familiarization of ICT products and services via certification and other means
- Maintaining a working knowledge of internal systems
The necessary Skills and Qualifications we require include:
- Tertiary level qualification in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar working environment

UNDSL is seeking suitably qualified and ICT savvy Engineers to perform the following key engineering job functions:
- Strong ICT Deployment Capabilities including the ability to research; execute deployment strategies; recreate issues via sandboxing;
- Servicing of Requests in an effective and timely manner
- Perform patch management; upgrades; equipment replacement; new configurations
- Possess and maintain Cisco Certifications and other Certifications as may be required
- Management of all communication means
- Maintenance of ticket records
- Perform issue identification; root cause analysis; troubleshooting and resolution
- Familiar with the Company’s products and services
- Maintainenance of all internal systems for company use and customer demo
