      • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc.
      • Responsible for accurately completing application form in our CRM tool and other platforms using the necessary procedures and policies
      • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate
      • Maintain procedures and processes for first level problem determination
      • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
      • Provide quick and effective communication of customer issues to superiors

      • Five (5) CSEC passes including Mathematics and English A
      • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent job knowledge is an asset
      • Contact Centre experience, inbound and outbound/telemarketing will be an asset
      • Required to work on a 24hr rotational shift system that includes 4×10 overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
      • Must be in possession of a Police Certificate of Good Character
      • Must be fully vaccinated and in possession of a vaccination card showing immunization for Sars-CoV2 (COVID-19)

      • Delight customers daily in keeping with customer service best practices.
      • Manage ‘day-to-day’ facilities and fleet operations, in relation to requests for quotations, purchase orders, invoice processing, budget control and requirements of ongoing projects.
      • Execute and manage Preventative Maintenance (P.M.) Schedules
      • Maintain relationships with suppliers, landlords and all other stakeholders.
      • Address all concerns and maintenance requests made by stakeholders.
      • Negotiate with contractors for quotations and Scope of Works.
      • Conduct all administrative duties relative to the Operations department.
      • Report to Operations Team Lead and Financial Controller on status of projects.
      • Ensure all HSE assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are fulfilled on a continuous basis.
      • Ensure adherence to applicable HSE legislation and policies as far as reasonably practicable.
      • Ensure vehicles are compliant with regulations such as markings, tyres, etc
      • Operates Warehouse equipment, eg. Forklift, pallet jacks, etc., for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and effectively
      • Assist other departments as required
      • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
      • Obtain relevant knowledge on the company’s business operations
      • Participates in annual and periodic stock counts.
      • Assist Operations Team Lead on work related issues as required
      • Perform other related duties as required


      • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
      • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar work environment.
      • Computer literate with proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
      • Must be in possession of a Police Certificate of Good Character
      • Must be fully vaccinated and in possession of a vaccination card showing immunization for Sars-CoV2 (COVID-19)
      • Certified forklift operator would be an asset.
      • A valid driver’s license, with at least 5 years driving experience
      • Defensive driving certificate will be an asset
      • Experience in construction and projects administration.
      • Experience with Generators and Electrical Systems would be an asset.
      • Familiarity with UPS, Cooling, Air Conditioning would be an asset.
      • Experience with budgetary controls.
      • Ability to apply procurement procedures relating to specification, competitive quotations, receiving of items and coordinating payments.
      • Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
      • Ability to work with a diverse team and add towards the growth of the team.
      • Efficient problem solving and time management skills.
      • Ability to provide solutions to issues which may arise.
      • Good verbal communication, the ability to follow oral and written communication.
      • Ability to create a plan and accept deviations
      • Attention to detail – thoroughness, organization and analysing information
      • Communication – excellent report writing, verbal and documentation skills
      • Ability to work with minimum supervision
