The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and submission of all client applications. They will also assist in the disbursement of all approved Loans within the stipulated time frame.
Job Purpose & Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and submission of all client applications. They will also assist in the disbursement of all approved loans within the stipulated timeframe, adhering to documented policies and procedures, ensuring the JMMB Express Finance’s interest is protected and that the security documentation of all approved credit facilities are in accordance with credit conditions and the Company’s standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of loan process documents in accordance with credit approvals and ensure that they are submitted to credit risk in a timely manner. Review client documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to credit risk
- Post customer’s remittance on a daily basis or as required.
- Advise customers of application status on an ongoing basis.
- Scrutinize disbursement documents to ensure authenticity and accuracy; escalate matters accordingly.
- Make courtesy calls after loan disbursements in a timely and professional manner. Ensures customer experience is satisfactory and are notified of first payment date and amount.
- Performs other administrative duties in respect of the JMMB Express Finance’s Loan portfolio and other credit activities. This may include but is not limited to; filing, report generation etc.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of GCE ‘A’ Level subjects or Diploma in Business.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in Customer Service
- Any prior knowledge of sales, lending process, practices and procedures would be an asset
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Highly organized; keen attention to details and accuracy; the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Demonstrates reliability, dependability, flexibility and openness
- Proficiency in a Bank’s operating system will be an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Etc

The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for: developing strategies to build the products and services offered by JMMB
Job Purpose & Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for: developing strategies to build the products and services offered by JMMB; favourably position Senior Officers and Client facing team, members in the public space; demonstrate, position and build the awareness and equity of the JMMB brand (its story, the inspiration of the foundation, core principles, successes and vision) in Trinidad & Tobago and across the Region. The role also oversees the day-to-day management of the marketing team, related activities, monitoring competitor marketing trends and brand exposure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages relationships with marketing partners, industry experts, agencies, media houses and creative teams for media campaigns, promotional activities and events ensuring ideas, concepts and strategies are aligned with JMMB’s vision to positively position JMMB Brand locally ad regionally.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and coordination of all online and offline marketing activities, both in-house and executed by external vendors. These include Direct Marketing, Social Media, PR, Advertising, Client Experiences and Events, as well as monitoring related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns, own their implementation from ideation to completion, and collaborate with the business line heads and revenue generating teams for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Group, leadership and TT team, where necessary, to produce valuable and engaging content for our website, online channels and print collateral that attracts and converts our target audiences.
- Work closely with Senior Management and the Executive team to develop brand and communication strategies for executing specific business line activities to increase brand exposure, as well as grow revenue and shareholder value.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
- Research, propose and implement product & service development in alignment with service standards and strategic direction of the Group.
- Prepare marketing related reports as needed, annual marketing budget, strategy, implementation plan, allocation of approved funds and monitor on a quarterly basis for successful outcomes.
- Spearhead public relations activities such as Press conferences, media events and briefings, Trade shows, Public Affairs and Community Relations etc.
- Partner with CHDT to promote the internal culture of the organization to capture the attention of quality candidates as well as lead the introduction of key stakeholder to the market to grow revenue and increase market share.
- Manages the operations of the Marketing Unit and overseeing the administrative, performance and people development functions while ensuring adherence to guiding policies, procedures and compliance standards.
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Management Studies or other related field.
- MBA or Post-graduate qualifications in Marketing.
- Digital Marketing Strategies Certification and Social Media Marketing Certification would be an asset.
- A minimum of seven (7) years professional experience in Marketing, PR Management, Brand Management and Event Planning and execution.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences, creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Any prior experience in marketing for a financial services company would be an asset.
- Prior experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies.
Skills:

- Keeps abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing/communication and measurement.
- Expert knowledge of marketing analytics and tools.
- Strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work independently, effectively as an individual and part of a team.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal, written, editing and presentation-based communications skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems and develop alternative solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to be a team player, manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with money market instruments and financial sector laws, regulations, ethics and professional jargon.
