DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Be responsible for the achievement of solution operation indicators in the region, including market targets and order/revenue targets.• Take charge of market planning, customer insight, opportunity identification, and verification of products and solutions in the region, determine the solution development strategy in the region, and expand the participation space.• Promote solution sales, understand customers’ business pain points and requirements through customer dialogue and technical communication, and guide customers to recognize them. Improve the project success rate through effective competition analysis, differentiated solutions, and quotation.• Be responsible for brand marketing planning and marketing activities of products and solutions, and build a sound market environment.• Be responsible for the project bidding process (including product configuration and contract entry).Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.• Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships with team members and Customers.• Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders.• Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish required tasks and provide project updates.• Strick adherence to HSSE policies as outlined by the Company and its customers• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive technical reports• Support for Suriname & Guyana projects• Proven record of quickly adapting to business needs, can-do mindset, flexibility, and fast-learner.• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.Job Responsibility is not exclusive and you may be required to carry out other job related activities as assigned.Learn more
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline.• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Telecoms (especially in Sales and Marketing, Network Planning dept.), experience with international vendors is an advantage.• Good knowledge in the fields of routing, switching, network security, VoIP, call center, data center, SAN, FC, cabling and other enterprise network fields.• Be familiar with product knowledge such as IP, IT, and cloud technology, have strong product and solution design and have successful project experience preferred.• Huawei and Cisco certificates are preferred.• Good knowledge of enterprise business models and service management strategies.• Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with sales promotion at technical level.• Ability to understand the customer’s requirements in order to design the desired Huawei solution.• Ability to show creativity and must welcome challenges.• Good oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English. Effective communication skills, in a cross-functional team.• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing etc.)• Flexibility to travel outside of the country as required.• You are able to work comfortably in a fast-changing environment on interesting technical challenges.• Passion for efficiency, performance and continuous improvement.• Knowledge sharing and collaboration with your teammates.• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated and ambitious.• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to multi-task.• Learning ability and proactive attitude.• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced working environment, under pressure, with strict deadlines, both as an individual contributor and team player.• Flexible to work demands.• Required from time to time to report to customer locations.• Flexibility to travel overseas to support various projects from time to time.• CSME Skills Certification.Huawei Technologies Vacancy July 2022
