MARKETING OFFICER – DIGITALJOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Officer – Digital will report to the Marketing Manager. The selected candidate is responsible for the design and implementation of marketing communication through special emphasis on digital mediums. He/she will provide recommendations on key strategies, assessing and analysing and generating insights through primary and secondary market research.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Accountability:- Develops and edits social media campaigns marketing strategies; research, writes, updates, and monitors social media content for presence on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant sites.
- Manages online marketing promotional campaigns including regular communications such as electronic newsletters and product-specific marketing communications.
- Conducts online advertising campaigns such as pay-per-click (PPC), SEM and present analysis of campaign results.
- Drives traffic through affiliate and paid search online marketing channels and develop new traffic drivers that increase visitors to the Caribbean Airlines websites.
- Coordinates website and interactive media projects with internal Graphic artist and Software Developer.
- Analyses current and historical online ad delivery, ad traffic and site profile reports on an ongoing basis to identify trends; predicts future inventory needs and provides business intelligence.
- Develops and edits content website, social media initiatives, and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Reporting: - Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Develops monthly forecasts and campaign analysis for online advertising and evaluates impact upon web site & email programs.
- Provides support to stakeholders for other Marketing e-services projects; and
- Prepares marketing analytics reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data for website traffic using google analytics and other tools.
Operational Effectiveness:Manages the production of the required deliverables proactively, monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action to achieve quality and schedule within budget.Continuous Improvement:Reviews current systems and processes for continuous system improvement, exceeding operational goals and standards.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
You must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as it relates to Digital Media Planning, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), & Affiliate marketing. Postgraduate certification in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or Social Media Marketing would be an asset. Your job profile must demonstrate proven competency and experience with marketing for social media engagement.You must demonstrate good business acumen with the ability to understand, analyse, and interrogate data to make sound marketing decisions. Excellent communication skills with an innovative mindset are essential to the role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products is also essential, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.

JOB SUMMARY:The Lead Security Agent will report to the Supervisor, Security Operations. The incumbent will manage the security operations in accordance with local and international regulatory requirements as well as existing policies and procedures. He/ she will supervise the outsourced supplier and other security agents in line with the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). He/she will serve as the Security Liaison between Caribbean Airlines, the Venezuelan Civil Aviation Authorities, and other relevant Agencies.

JOB SUMMARY:This position will report to Executive Manager, Airports & Ground Operations. The selected candidate will assist in developing, promoting, and enhancing the Company’s image and reputation by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service in passenger handling activities at the check-in counters, departure gates, and arrival halls. He/she will coordinate the processes relevant to ramp operations to achieve the station’s on-time performance targets. He/she will also manage the outsourced supplier in line with the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
KEY DELIVERABLES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensures excellent customer service delivery by providing the airport operations with the appropriate resources in keeping with the operational direction of the organization and the applicable regulatory compliance objectives.OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Ensures effective and efficient utilization of assigned resources towards ensuring that Customer Service Deliverables and on-time performance standards are achieved or surpassed on all levels. The incumbent ensures that all operational gaps are resolved with minimal disruption to flight schedules.
SAFETY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Executes corporate safety, security, and quality policies to ensure the station, staff,and suppliers fully comply with all regulatory requirements, and operational and quality standards.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Builds and develops mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders,
including the relevant Airport and Aviation Authorities in the requisite state.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:You must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline environment, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in ramp handling and a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role. You must have High School Diploma or equivalent academic qualification. You must have extensive airline industry knowledge, reservation systems, and ticketing procedures. You must demonstrate the ability to supervise and lead a team. You must be proficient in the use of MS Office.You are required tohave a strong customer service orientation. You must demonstrate the ability to lead and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be willing to work shift hours. You must also be able to work independently within clearly defined guidelines, possess excellent time management skills, and multitask.
You will have excellent verbal and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. LEAD BUYER – RETAIL
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Buyer reports to the Retail Manager (Commercial). He/She makes purchasing decisions, including processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance and liaising with inventory teams and management. The buyer will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on sales forecasts. According to Caribbean Airlines Procurement Policies, they maintain accurate records of all purchases made on behalf of the airline’s Retail business and receipts of all goods and consolidate the same for payment processing.
KEY DELIVERABLES:• ACCOUNTABILITY:
– Negotiates with Vendors and Manufacturers to ensure the best price for all Caribbean Airline branded items.
– Ensures product availability based on sales forecast, manufacturing lead time, shipping and cost-efficiency.
– Develops a working relationship with numerous suppliers, performing excellent service throughout the RFI, RFP, and RFQ process.
– Manages inventory control to reduce and eliminate any obsolete products.
– Coordinates with Cargo (logistics), Procurement, Customs and Material Stores to optimize domestic and international shipping processes and submit recommendations that lower costs.
– Selects supply chain capable of meeting quality and delivery requirements and ensuring the management and rectification of quality and delivery issues.
– Ensures all purchasing records are up-to-date and accurate documentation is maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
– Communicates with suppliers on open orders, past due deliveries, receiving issues and accounts payable problems.
– Updates SAP or the prefered Inventory Management System with all relevant information pertaining to the purchase and timely delivery of all products and materials.
– Supports internal staff with expert knowledge to resolve any customer complaints or problems.
• RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
– Manages the relationship with internal stakeholders. Partners with internal stakeholders to influence buying decisions, analyze and make recommendations to the business to ensure the most cost-effective decisions are made.• REPORTING:
– Ensures the delivery of accurate and timely reports and provides effective data analysis and feedback to management to aid in the decision-making process.• PROFITABILITY:
– Effectively manages assigned resources to maximize the efficiency of operations and create value for customers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
You will have a minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE/CSEC passes with a CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent Procurement and Supply qualification. A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Management will be considered an asset. You will also possess three (3) years of experience in a similar role. Understanding the procurement requirements in a State Enterprise and the Trinidad and Tobago Public Procurement Act will be required.
You will be proficient in using MS Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, with working knowledge of the Inventory Management module within SAP.
The successful candidate will:
• Have Purchasing and inventory management experience and skills at a high level.
• Know of the specific Retail Industry needs, suppliers and networks.
• Have strong Analytical Skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels; and
