1. Port Facility Security Officer

To coordinate and organize all maritime and land-based security activities and operations at the Terminal (inclusive of Port and Tank Farms) and assist in the delivery of safe, reliable and compliant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates on the development of training procedures and instruction on the use of new and existing physical, technological and Maritime security measures, with a view to protecting most vulnerable and critical assets.
- Conducts Risk Assessments and Security Vulnerability Assessments for the Port, OBU and Maritime Operations. Ensures and oversees the implementation of the findings.
- Provides guidance to the Corporate Security Manager (CSM) and the Leadership of the OBU relative to all Maritime issues.
- Plans and recommends strategies to mitigate against crime and criminal activities for all Heritage assets – maritime and land.
- Ensures proper reporting protocols are adhered to and all reports are accurately completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assists with Security programmes and plans including incident response management and recovery plans and coordinates the implementation of Emergency and Incident Response, Management and Recovery plans as it relates to Port Security Operations.
- Performance planning, review and assessment conducted for staff in accordance with Companyâs stipulated Performance Management timelines.
- Maintenance of records relative to occurrences which threaten security of the Port Facility and report same to relevant authorities.
- Responsible for compliance and training of the contracted Security Officers.
- Keeps abreast of technology related to maritime security.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications- Internationally recognized Port Facility Security Officer Certificate
- Associate Degree in Security Administration or related Security discipline
Preferred (would be an asset)
- Certificate in Certified Personal Protection
- Precepted
- Firearm Users Employee Certificate
Minimum Experience
- At least five (5) years working experience in the Port Maritime sector preferably within the oil and gas industry at a supervisory level.

2. Workover Lead

To oversee the successful implementation of workover and interventions services and programs that impact well performance and increase production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the planning and execution of workover programs including heavy workover programs.
- Ensures that technical scopes of work for work over, long lead items are properly prepared and made ready for tendering process.
- Conducts meetings and workshops between Company and all service providers to discuss completions and workover programs, identifies and mitigates risks jointly and plans execution from mobilization to demobilization.
- Provides technical advice to Asset and Engineering Team in preparation of workover programs and other alterations, use of tools and equipment and advice on initial completions procedures.
- Partners with Asset Team on completion scenarios and agrees on final completion concepts
- Executes plug and abandonment programs.
- Conducts surveillance of day-to-day workover progress to the Program is conducted applying the best technology, and proposes modifications, if required.
- Analyzes workover performance to improve efficiencies.
- Provides onsite support during problematic well work situations as required.
- Reviews and recommends for approval systems, methods and technologies to improve rig and work over efficiencies and operations.
- Monitors and manages contractor performance to ensure resources are available to support implementations activities.
- Provides assurance of compliance with Asset Management Systems and Procedures.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in workover and completions and workover operations with a minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory role, preferably in the Oil and gas industry.

3. Geophysicist

To provide geophysical input in finding exploration and development prospects within Companyâs acreage / JVs and propose exploration/ development drilling locations in a cost effective, safe and timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maps, assesses and conducts peer and Stage Gates reviews for exploration/development and IOR/EOR prospects in order to replace / add to hydrocarbon reserves.
- Generates seismic attribute volumes to perform structural, stratigraphic and lithological analysis work.
- Performs seismic to well ties and time-depth conversions as needed.
- Collaborates with other disciplines to deliver an integrated assessment of opportunities or work programs.
- Maintains an exploration/development portfolio of ranked drilling locations for assigned areas.
- Assesses seismic data quality for resource estimation, shallow drilling hazards and abnormal pressures for exploration drilling locations.
- Provides technical support, quality control and onsite supervision of land or marine 2D/3D seismic surveys (acquisition and processing), geophysical surveys and logging.
- Uses seismic analysis techniques to support design, development and execution of the processing of new seismic data and reprocessing of existing seismic volumes.
- Maintains velocity, seismic survey and Landmark project (wells) database.
- Develops Montages per drill location and submits for peer review.
- Prepares documentation, reports and work logs for surveys, well site assignments and special project assignments.
- Provides specialist geophysical advice and support for E&D and JV activities.
- Scouts for competitor and contractor activities in assigned areas /region.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in Geophysics or Geosciences.
 Minimum Experience

4. Petrophysicist
To design data acquisition programs, support logging operations and perform integrated reservoir studies for the purpose of evaluating oil and gas prospects and acquisition opportunities as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyses and integrates petrophysical data (core analysis results) and interprets well logs.
- Plans well data acquisition programs in line with well and business objectives.
- Liaises with core, log and LWD data acquisition contractors, before and during acquisition and in post-well interpretation phase.
- Ensures all tools are calibrated before shipping to the jobsite.
- Supports the forward drilling programs by actively witnessing and supervising logging runs on all HPCL wells.
- Provides assurance on well log quality control and ensures all well log data are accurate before transference from the rig site.
- Coordinates appropriate well-site witness work for specialist runs.
- Liaises directly with geophysicists, geologists and engineers in reservoir characterization to explore, appraise and optimize production from fields.
- Delivers post-well standard interpretation.
- Aids the integrated full field reservoir description models which take full account of log, core and seismic data as well as dynamic pressure and water movement data.
- Manages core and fluid analysis programs.
- Populates and maintains corporate and project well databases.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Geosciences.
 Minimum Experience
- A minimum of five (5) yearsâ experience in Petrophysical Engineering with a minimum of three (3) years in the oil and gas industry.
 Job Specific Skills
- Knowledge of major Petrophysical software packages applied in the industry for well and reservoir interpretation.

5. Area Controller

To implement and maintain business unitâs system of internal controls over operating and project expenditure, procedures and guidelines, that are designed to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reported financial and non- financial results to Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements business unit operating and project accounting system in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies and standards and best practice.
- Provides and reviews analyses of budget and forecast variances of business unitâs financial results and performance. Reconciles business unit operating and project costs to budgets and discuss variances and recommendations with senior management.
- Provides performance reports to assist BU with the identification of improvements plans to ensure the BU achieves in-year and strategic targets.
- Reviews expenditure items and advises BU Leadership and Control Leadership on whether expenditure is Operating Cost or Capital in nature.
- Reviews and/or prepares technical accounting papers with appropriate IFRS references to justify treatment of specific transactions.
- Coordinates with project management to gather required documentation for revenue, cost, asset or liability recognition and disclosure required by IFRS.
- Supports the Companyâs Purchase to Pay (P2P) process and where applicable designs and implements procedures within the P2P process to support new business activities. Leads and Performs vendor financial analysis to support registration process.
- Reviews and approves standard journal entries monthly.
- Supports the Annual Audit (Financial) and Reserves Audit in a timely manner as and when necessary.
- Develops and maintains accrual procedures and tests Capex and Opex accruals.
- Provides input to the Tax Department for requisite tax calculations/compliance and government reporting.
- Reviews contracts for multiple elements of revenue/cost/asset/liability recognition and billing/invoicing milestones.
- Supports with review of vendor financial statements and advises on suitability for procurement engagements.
- Reviews new project cost estimates for reasonableness.
- Ensures compliance with controls associated with SAP and Asset Management Systems and Procedures.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent Discipline OR A member of a body registered with ICATT such as ACCA/ICAEW/CIMA.
 Minimum Experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

6. Planning Analyst
To assist in the development of long-term goals, business objectives and execution strategies in alignment with Companyâs strategic direction. To identify, analyze and monitor issues that may impact profitability, growth, and productivity and recommend strategic alternatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the continuous review, evaluation, and amendment of financial reporting systems, accounting standards and recommend appropriate improvements to senior management.
- Provides assistance at strategy reviews for Executive Management.
- Supports the Business planning cycle from Strategy to Budget to in year performance review, by meeting and integrating with key stakeholders on plans for the period, facilitating integration, challenge and submission of the consolidated Business Unit Plan/Forecast.
- Coordinates the development of strategic and business plans to optimize BU capital portfolio and operational budgets and maximise production delivery.
- Leads budgeting and forecasting processes to review and monitor business performance against them and to ensure delivery of annual financial targets.
- Provides performance reports to assist BU with the identification of improvements plans to ensure the BU achieves in-year and strategic targets.
- Supports the implementation of the Ops BUâs Integrated Planning and Production Management Protocols.
- Coordinates the development and deployment of appropriate commercial/economic models for economic analyses for business growth and performance improvement opportunities.
- Develops key performance indicators for Operations.
- Identifies financial and other business risks and advise relevant stakeholder for corrective action.
- Assists in the development of templates and frameworks to be used during the business planning process.
- Participates in planning discussions to ensure the participants understand key assumptions and drivers.
- Provides analytical, research and modeling support for special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
