Position SummaryAs the Distributor Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development of the business of Distributors by ensuring that the Channel Plans are executed, supervise and coach the distributor’s Sales Force, accounts receivable, customer’s sell-out performance and Sales concentration of the channel and stock rotation. categories as assigned.
A day in the life of…# Supervise the operations (both BackOffice & Commercial) of our Distributor, to ensure that the Nestlé Service is provided to our BOP Customers & Consumers by guaranteeing:# Frequent, Consistent and Reliable Service# The availability of Quality and Affordable Products# Effective Execution of Trade Activities (Brand & Channel Plans).# Develop and Implement Distributor Plans to achieve objectives: Targets: NNS, OG, RIG, OP1, etc# Trade visits to ensure execution of channel plans, Supervising and coaching of Distributor’s Sales Reps# POP Placement and Maintenance
# Preparing orders and coordinate delivery cycles of the distributors with CSR and warehouse. Ensure back orders are filled and preparation of bad goods.
# Proper Product Storage & Rotation: check for Expired & Damaged Goods
# Review and communicating performance of Distributors, accounts receivables, tracking TTS and ensuring a return of investment.
1# Visit Distributor’s Warehouse
1# Able to lead a third-party sales force, coaching and aligning them to the business vision

What Will Make You Successful
- 3-5 years FMCG experience
- 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- First Degree in Business Management /Administration or Marketing
- Strong Marketing experience
- Computer literate and strong achievement focus
- Has experience in negotiation
- Excellent Communication skills (Written & verbal)
- Logical thinking skills, problem assessment and resolution oriented

Position Title: Brand Activation Coordinator

Position Summary
As the Brand Activation Coordinator, responsibility to co-ordinate and execute the end-to-end Marketing Brand Activation Plan/Schedule to support the Business Unit/ Product Categories as assigned, ensuring full compliance of all related Policy guidelines and procedures, and if needed based on Business priorities and Deliverables, providing any required P2P support and any other marketing support as requested by the BEO on behalf of the assigned Business Unit/ Product categories as assigned.
A day in the life of…
# Ensuring that all brand-related sponsorships, event activations, sampling executions or other activity under the umbrella of brand-activation are well planned, effecting the highest quality of branding and service at a competitively negotiated rate (as supported by the Procurement Department), are executed on time in keeping with the approved Category plans.
# Ensuring that the company’s Leadership of Nutrition, Health and Wellness is protected and enhanced by every Brand Activation activity executed.
# Prepare budgets for all brand activations, closely collaborating with the Regional Consumer Marketing Manager or CCSD/TMM as required to align expectations and budget allocations.
# Meeting with the Regional Consumer Marketing Managers to understand the key Brand Activation deliverables in line with the approved Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for the respective brands/categories, and to plan and coordinate the timely execution of same to meet the Brand portfolio objectives within the TT market predominantly and NCI countries as required.
# Meeting with Event Organizers, preparation, and negotiation of conditions of sponsorship agreements on behalf of the Business Unit/ Brand portfolio as assigned, liaising with the legal department to ensure the timely preparation of required contracts when required. Management of contract deliverables with all third-party Event and Sampling providers and Service providers, ensuring forward planning and close collaboration with the Marketing P2P coordinator and Procurement Service Partner (e.g., Adare) to ensure full P2P compliance is achieved for every activity/brand investment.
# Creating Purchase Requests, Tracking of PO approvals and sending these to the respective suppliers, agency partners or Distributors, following up on the receipt of Invoices from Suppliers, executing Goods Receipts in SAP to facilitate timely payments to suppliers and accurate reporting of PFME spend (Clearing Packed and Blocked Items in SAP alongside Marketing P2P coordinator as requested).
# Liaising with Sales Team to organize in-store sampling activities, working closely with the Trade Marketing Managers (TMM) and/or CCSD to ensure the preparation of an effective sampling schedule for in-store sampling activations, as well as supporting to coordinate and activate any tactical promotional activities geared at driving sell-out or reducing the risk of salvage/bad goods through faster rotation at the trade level.
# Conducting site-visits to sponsored events and periodic checks to sampling activations to ensure the highest quality of execution by third party service providers and leading any corrective actions ‘on the ground’ required to ensure this. When needed, making recommendations to the Regional Consumer Marketing Manager related to Brand Activation opportunities and Event participation.
# Preparation, review, and submission of Post Evaluation reports on PFME investments” KPI Measurement for the Brand Activations.
