Leads the development of annual financial technology, ICT and sustainability budgets
Ensures the application of Strategic Management and Execution measurement tools to evaluate and track corporate performance and strategic investment decisions
Ensures the embedding of Corporate, Functional and Operating Benchmarks, Standards, Metrics across the WASAâs business technology network.
Promotes the Climate Change Agenda – Renewable water sources

The incumbent ensures management of the water value chain (water sourcing, distribution, and commercial services) across the Service Area. Water Management Services Operations Ensures the distribution of a consistent supply of âsafe-waterâ in compliance with the required quality standards Integrates the commercial services within its ongoing operations to improve the Authorityâs customer service levels billing and collectionsâ Provides human capital reinforcement (policy, practice compliance) of a maintenance philosophy that focuses on maximizing the value of the assets corrective (breakdown) and preventive completed in the line risk-based, condition-base and predictive maintenance, a prime responsibility of the Maintenance Function within engineering and projects Embeds the use of existing and new technology (ICT, SCADA etc.) within and across the Areaâs Value Chain Reduces the percentage of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) through the execution of agreed strategies Oversees the management of the wastewater facilities within the respective service area Oversees the HSSE and Security Management Systems to secure assets across the service area (Safe Workplace, Practices, Surveillance, Cyber Mitigation, etc.) Leads the Crisis Management processes within the service area.
