Job Purpose
To perform activities in support of the purchase and importation of refined petroleum products and distribution and sale of refined petroleum products including bunker fuels, within assigned market channel(s), in accordance with Industry practices and Company policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Assists in the collation and analysis of product supply and demand data to inform management decisions
- Assists in the preparation of contracts for the importation and sale of petroleum products
- Reviews and advises on past and current performance of sales/purchasing contracts and/or contracts for the processing of petroleum products
- Monitors compliance with terms and conditions of purchase/processing/sales contracts, and advises Trading Analyst on deviations for corrective action
- Ensures that signed contracts are adhered to by the respective parties and facilitates the clearance of vessels, transmitting of documentary instructions, the forwarding of cargo documents and monitoring the arrival of vessels for demurrage claims and cargo handling
- Liaises with Crude/Product Scheduler and market participants on a daily basis to gather and enhance necessary market intelligence to inform trading decisions
- Communicates with suppliers and/or customers and responds to their concerns in a timely manner
- Ensures/verifies correctness of invoices and monitors payments
- Communicates with finance department on cash flows for purchases on a weekly basis
- Assists in the preparation of reports
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfill the job purpose
Qualifications & Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Natural Sciences/Management
AND
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.

Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to leaders, exercising customer excellence, results orientation and delegated latitude in decision-making towards the effective utilization of leader time and the efficient management of the office.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support in the form of quality documents, communiques, appropriate treatment of issues and alerts leader on high priority/deadline items
- Provides efficient receipt, handling, dispatch, response, treatment and filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensures the professional handling of telephone and direct (in person) communications
- Maintains proactive and efficient coordination of leader time through timely and appropriate scheduling and calendar management
- Maintains comprehensive and timely retrieval of office records and critical documents
- Establishes and maintains systems and methods for aiding the execution of secretarial and office administration
- Coordinates all office activities, physical changes, acquisition of office supplies and equipment and direction to office personnel
- Provides reports and updates for performance reporting and reviews
- Conducts specialized research as requested and presentations for executive use
- Maintain contacts, networks and liaisons across the organization and externally with agencies, organizations and associations to support operational activities as appropriate
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfill the job purpose
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration
- Five (5) years relevant work experience in a clerical position
Preferred (would be an asset):
- Certified Professional Secretary
- Certified and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.

Job Purpose:
To provide advice on corporate governance and to provide legal services, representation and support to reduce risk/exposure to clients in compliance with regulatory, statutory requirements, global best practices and ethical standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepares minutes of the Board of Directors Meetings and monitors subsequent actions
- Prepares and maintains key corporate documents, statutory reports and records
- Establishes Corporate Guidelines, monitors compliance, records and implements all statutory obligations and requirements
- Prepares and reviews contracts and other legal instruments
- Provides legal advice and opinions on issues
- Participates in contract preparation and negotiations for a variety of commercial agreements
- Participates in dispute resolution on issues
- Provides legal representation on major projects and committee meetings
- Provides legal awareness on statutory developments and case law to client groups as required
- Provides assistance to External Counsel during course of litigation before all Courts of First Instance, Appellate Courts and at Arbitrations
- Provides support to External Counsel in the role of instructing attorney on matters before Equal Opportunity Tribunal, Industrial Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose
Qualifications and Experience:
LLB and Legal Education Certificate
AND
A minimum of five (5) years legal experience as a practicing attorney, preferably dealing with commercial matters and corporate governance.
