CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION MANAGER

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
We are now looking for a Capacity Development and Education Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
These are your key tasks:
- Contribute to strengthening the competences of football professionals worldwide
- Optimise FIFA’s capacity development and education offerings for member associations, in mainly football administration areas, which include both standard and bespoke offering as well as blended learning such as pre-learning, digital learning, experiential, peer-to-peer and workshops
- Review existing offering on both a periodic and as-needed basis to ensure the content evolves with business needs; ensure that these comply with standards
- Manage the process towards the delivery of a high-quality and consistent capacity development and education offering
- Define the framework for a streamlined approach in creation and delivery of the capacity development and education offering, e.g., course design and content standards
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement the framework across departments and divisions which offer capacity development and education to FIFA’s member associations, and adapt content to the audience and regions when necessary
- Create and maintain FIFA’s online learning platform and manage content on it
- Ensure clear and cohesive calendar concerning capacity development and education activities
- Define the monitoring & evaluation protocols and gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of FIFA’s capacity development and education offering
- Assist with execution of special projects and task forces as needed

We are now looking for a Volunteer Admin Specialist (Freelance) that supports us on our mission until the end of August 2023.
These are your key tasks:
- Provide the Volunteer Team with admin support to deliver service excellent standards for the FIFA volunteer programme: tasks include the management to the volunteer inbox, prepare presentations, follow up on translation/project requests, template updates and strategic documents, etc…
- Set up of event on the FIFA Volunteer Platform, the IT tool managing the programme, in order to ensure the delivery of FIFA events
- Coordinate the delivery of selected events according to the FIFA Volunteer Framework
- Support the continuous development of the FIFA Volunteer Global Programme
- Support on ad hoc projects such as communication
- Ensure timely and effective reporting to the Volunteer Manager and the rest of the team
These tasks are a good start. Time will change. Take it and shape it.
