      JOB SUMMARY

      REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

      The Reservations Manager reports to the Operations Manager.

      DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

      1. Coordinate with the Sales and Reservations team on all room bookings and provide training to Sales, Marketing and Social Media team members.
      2. Develop and deploy strategies toward boosting room occupancy.
      3. Supporting the development and maintenance of a strong social media presence.

      5. Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations departments to resolve all guest issues and ensuring timely responses to all queries.

       HSE Roles and Responsibilities of the Reservations:

       Responsibilities of the Reservations Manager:

      1. Provide all drivers/loaders with precise instructions of their responsibilities for correct working methods to ensure that they do not allow operatives to take unnecessary risks.
      2. Conduct HSE Toolbox Talks at least once (1) per month.

      Safety Equipment

      1. The Reservations Manager will ensure that Supervisors and all other Employees are aware of, and comply with, requirements for safe work practices as well as safe and healthful conditions on job sites.

      HSE Inspections

      1. The Reservations Manager shall conduct, at a minimum one HSE inspection every three (3) months to ensure that:
      2. All work areas comply with HADCO Group and project HSE guidelines and SOPs.
      3. If unsafe conditions exist, corrective action is taken and Management and HSE Manager are informed of inspection results.
      4. All sub-contractors and sub-contractor personnel comply with applicable HSE regulations where applicable.

      In the Event of an Accident:

      The Reservations Manager shall assist in incident investigation and reporting process, in accordance with HADCO Group’s SOPs. They will review all accidents with Supervisors and submit a full accident report to the HSE Manager for review who will then submit it to the Co-Chief Executive officer. The Reservations Manager will work with Management to ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to alleviate causes.

      JOB SUMMARY

      The Facilities Support Officer with Hadco Experiences at Asa Wright Nature Centre will be responsible for the provision of all corrective and preventative maintenance on the property. Ensuring all interior and exterior areas are maintained in accordance with established standards.

      DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

      1. Upkeep of all guest rooms, infrastructure, building interiors and exteriors and both public and back-of-house spaces.

       Responsibilities of the Reservations Manager:

      1. Provide all drivers/loaders with precise instructions of their responsibilities for correct working methods to ensure that they do not allow operatives to take unnecessary risks.
      2. Conduct HSE Toolbox Talks at least once (1) per month.

      Safety Equipment

      1. The Reservations Manager will ensure that Supervisors and all other Employees are aware of, and comply with, requirements for safe work practices as well as safe and healthful conditions on job sites.

      HSE Inspections

      1. The Reservations Manager shall conduct, at a minimum one HSE inspection every three (3) months to ensure that:
      2. All work areas comply with HADCO Group and project HSE guidelines and SOPs.
      3. If unsafe conditions exist, corrective action is taken and Management and HSE Manager are informed of inspection results.
      4. All sub-contractors and sub-contractor personnel comply with applicable HSE regulations where applicable.

      In the Event of an Accident:

      The Reservations Manager shall assist in incident investigation and reporting process, in accordance with HADCO Group’s SOPs. They will review all accidents with Supervisors and submit a full accident report to the HSE Manager for review who will then submit it to the Co-Chief Executive officer. The Reservations Manager will work with Management to ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to alleviate causes.


       MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      1. Average to advanced written and spoken English
      2. Highly organized and motivated
      3. Candidate must be computer literate and experienced in using Excel, Word and database programs.
      4. Problem solving skills
      5. Ability to effectively use Front Desk Anywhere Software to process correspondences with customers.

      JOB SUMMARY

      Housekeepers with Hadco Experiences at Asa Wright Nature Centre are responsible for ensuring general cleanliness throughout the Facility, providing tidy and sanitary amenities to guests. This position is an entry level position which requires physical fitness and endurance. Essential duties include sweeping, mopping and cleaning all areas assigned including but not limited to; Guest rooms, Public Spaces, Washrooms, Shop, Corridors and Furniture. They must adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures and must report any issues that arise promptly to Management.


      REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

      The Housekeeper reports to the Operations Supervisor.

      DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

      1. Ensure guest rooms and all public Spaces are maintained in accordance with established standards.
      2. Clean guest rooms as per schedule, including bathrooms.
      3. Dust and polish furniture.
      4. Vacuum sweep and sanitize floors.
      5. Empty bins.
      6. Change linens and towels and restock toiletries.
      7. Provide laundry services to guests.
      8. Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to complete daily work schedules.
      9. Report any issues requiring Maintenance to Operations Supervisor immediately.
      10. Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times.
