To improve the quality of service provided by IT by maintaining the critical interface between client and IT, consulting on client’s needs, providing high-level technical advice, and reporting on client satisfaction levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides front line service desk and customer training services to meet client needs.
- Conducts ongoing review of client satisfaction levels to improve and update front line service desk and customer training.
- Provides all levels of IT help-desk support, which range from user admin tasks such as setting up access controls for users, password resets and unlocks and installing software remotely.
- Coordinates call logging & management of the IT Service Request Database including regular liaison with IT hardware maintenance providers.
- Ensures service request database is maintained.
- Provides client representation and IT support on projects and issue resolution.
- Provides statistics, reports and presentations as required.
- Ensures compliance with Asset Management Systems and Procedures.
- Implements HSEQ standards and ensures adherence to same.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Business Management
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience with at least one (1) year in the oil and gas industry.

Heritage Vacancies May 2022
To monitor project plans, resources, schedules, coordinates overall field activities and ensuring that project timelines for field execution are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitors project progress and resource usage in accordance with agreed project schedules to ensure project timelines are maintained.
- Builds and maintains project schedules.
- Prepares and maintains all work permits for field activities.
- Coordinates activities of field supervisors to ensure coverage is available on all work sites.
- Conducts constructability reviews on all designs in accordance with Industry accepted Codes and Standards, Construction Practices and Company policies/procedures/guidelines.
- Reviews QA/QC audits conducted by the Field Supervisor.
- Coordinates overall project field activities with other departments (Maintenance, Operations, logistics, HSE etc.)
- Prepares weekly, monthly and other reports as and when required.
- Participates in process safety studies including HAZOPs, HAZIDs and SIL/LOPA reviews.
- Supports HSE audits to ensure compliance to Company HSE policies/procedures/guidelines
- Attends all weekly Contractor Project meetings.
- Review of field variations to determine necessity and compliance to Codes and Standards.
- Participates in all project planning and management activities.
- Ensuring project frameworks and documentation is maintained throughout execution of the project.
- Supports piping, structural and process equipment inspections.
- Reviews all project documentation inclusive of but not limited to risk assessments, ITPs, Project execution plans, quality procedures, emergency response plans, HSE plans, lifting / rigging plans, project closeout packages etc.
- Supports lessons learned exercises.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Technician’s Diplomas in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role preferably in the oil and gas industry in an offshore environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Industry accepted Codes and Standards, Construction Practices.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
