Position Title: Kitchen Assistant Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager & Food and Beverage Supervisor
Position Status: Part-time, Shift Location: Chaguaramas
Overview: The position of Kitchen Assistant is responsible for providing support to kitchen staff for the successful delivery of food and drinks to Park guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation of the day’s food sales
Serve food to park guests
Pack and properly store food and beverages
Ensure display cases are properly stocked at all times
Assist in maintaining proper sanitation in kitchen work area
Follow close-up kitchen procedures
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Minimum of three (3) C.S.E.C. or C.X.C. subjects which should include Mathematics and English OR two (2) years relevant experience
