EDUCATION

ACCOUNTABILITY
The Quality Officer reports directly to the QHSSE Manager – Group and has a working relationship with all Department Managers within TES.
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures timely routing and activation of draft document(s) through the Document Compliance Software for approval.
- Ensures that processes needed for the Business Management System are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the applicable international standards.

The Materials Assistant 2 – Customs is responsible for ensuring the accurate classification and clearance of goods (import & export) in accordance with Customs Laws and Procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordination of shipments
- Monitors the arrival of all incoming shipments through communication with foreign vendor, freight forwarder or shipping agent.
- Verifies the accuracy of import documents received from shipping agencies and foreign vendors.
- Obtains and completes the necessary shipping and authorization forms for the shipment of hazardous (chemicals) goods etc.
- Ensures the Customs Broker accurately prepares and seeks approval of customs declarations/documents in ASYCUDA, pays the correct duties and taxes to the Comptroller of Customs and Excise and clears shipments in a timely manner.

Administration

Qualifications and Experience:
- Customs Certification (Grade I/II Licence) from the Customs Brokers Board of Trinidad & Tobago.

Technical and Business Process Skills/Knowledge

The Engineering Support Officer is responsible for providing technical engineering expertise solutions and guidance to the operations of the Materials Department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
i. Project Management: identifies and develops projects for the maintenance and improvement of the warehouse facilities, equipment and service delivery. Ensures that budgeting, planning, preparation of Scope of Works, coordination, tendering, oversight and completion of approved CAPEX and other identified projects are completed on time, within budget and within scope. Conducts/coordinates site visits, prepares tender evaluations, bid evaluations and order requisitions as necessary.
ii. Verification and Inspection: Performs physical material inspection on special alloy material and other inspection checks as required, to ensure that material received is in keeping with the specifications and requirements prior to use. iii. Preservation: Develops, implements and maintains a comprehensive preservation schedule inclusive of, but not limited to capital spares, spare equipment and maintenance spares. Ensures that the correct tools, chemicals, implements and consumables are used and that appropriate stock levels for consumables are kept.
iv. Inventory Management: Liaises with the inventory analyst on stock movement and pays particular attention to abnormal reorder frequency, stocking levels, resolution of material specification and identification of variances raised in the inventory counts. Liaises with the end user with regards to the accuracy of information contained in the item code data base. Ensures set-up of the Equipment Master/Parts List/Bill of Material (BOM).
v. Turnaround & Outages: Prepares Material Availability and Consumption reports during Turnaround planning and outage activities. Provides technical support to aid improved delivery of service by the Materials Department.
vi. Financial Management: Ensures all projects and maintenance activities are captured in the annual budgets. Tracks items sent for repairs to ensure proper asset management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an industrial environment.
Technical and Business Process Skills/Knowledge
- Ability to optimize or reduce inventory through identification of surplus, duplicate, obsolete or slow-moving items.
- A basic understanding of Project Management.

What’s the role?
The Senior Production Technologist will deliver PT input for the development of brownfield and/or greenfield projects throughout the ORP phases. Deliverables includes (but not limited to) conceptual design of well completions, design of sand control, input to Well Functional Specifications, worst case discharge, unloading plan and input to WRFM. Snr PT should be closely involved in detailed well and completion design with a focus on the detailed engineering of gravel pack fluid and cementing and actual execution of those.
The role is mainly responsible for –
- Identification, maturation and execution of WRFM opportunities. Work closely with other subsurface disciplines, Well Engineering, Project Engineering, WRFM team and Production Operations teams to ensure WRFM activities are aligned with all other activities in the asset.
- Operational well integrity, sand management within the Asset as well for defining and maintaining well operating envelops. Ensure well integrity of all the wells comply with the STT WIMS (well integrity management system). Responsible for leading well integrity activities outside of regular PMs.
- Creating and maintaining the well models (Prosper) and integrated production system modelling (IPSM). Support and review forecasting of quarterly LE/LV and OP submissions
- Delivering and maintaining the subsurface isolation strategy, defining abandonment strategy and concepts
- Follow up on Technology Development projects to support new and challenging well concepts.
- Responsible for delivering high quality PT technical work for all activities across the life cycle of asset from exploration to abandonment.

Job Summary:
The QC Technician is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance/quality control for blasting and painting activities, pre-welding inspections, including reviews of: documentation, equipment, bolting, painting, materials and preparations. He/she is reponsible for monitoring the welding process, conducting post-welding reviews and overseeing repairs and corrective actions as appropriate. Successful candidates may also prepare related procedures, assemble work packs, compile turnover dossier, conduct weld mapping, field and material inspection.
This position involves shift work, and candidates must be able to work day or night.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop punch lists, build test packs and witness and maintain logs for pressure tests.
- Perform inspection on client supplied and purchased materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct final visual examination of welds and flag welds for RT/NDE, marking out repair areas.
- Monitor Weld Defects and report to the Project Manager and the Welding Supervisor on welding issues.
- Conduct basic blasting and coating inspection and verify compliance with project specifications.
- Compile Turnover Dossier with proper indexing for project packages and prepare a scanned copy of dossier.
- Prepare clearance lists of in-process products that have met acceptance criteria.

- Conduct final inspections to confirm that all client requirements have been met; prepare shipping lists and completion certificates.
- Identify and quarantine non-conforming products ensuring that they are not delivered to the client.
- Report on non-conformities and negative trends observed, advising the Project Manager/Construction Supervisor when a ‘stop-work’ order is required for significant non-conformities that might affect the quality of end product.
Key Competencies/Required Knowlege:- Basic knowledge of Radiographic Film Interpretation and interpretation of other NDE reports.
- Knowledge of engineering codes and standards (e.g. ASME Code, ASTM Standards, API Standards and recommended practices) and proficiency in the interpretation of requirements from customer specifications and contract documents.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Piping Isometrics, P &IDs, interpretation of drawings, making sketches, doing weld maps and preparing red-line as-builts.
- Basic knowledge and application of Arc Welding Processes (e.g. GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, GMAW), types of welds (e.g. butt and fillet), and various types of non-destructive examinations (e.g. NDE – RT, VT, MT, PT, UT).
- Ability to generate field sketches and to check flanges, bolts and gaskets etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Technician’s diploma in MEEET or equivalent
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- NACE Level I or II
- Demonstrated competence normally acquired over a minimum of five (5) years experience in a QA/QC environment within the oil and gas/construction/process plant industry.

- Will be responsible for all tasks related to the Fire & Security inventory such as checking off incoming equipment, updating stock cards and ensuring that variances are held to a minimum.

Nature & Scope

7)Directs efforts to communicate Corporate Compliance Repository and compliance plans, including written materials and training programs designed specifically to promote understanding of compliance issues, laws and regulations, and consequences of non-compliance. Establish regular training processes and documentation of this training.
8)Maintains all compliance-related records and ensures that they are appropriately managed and secured in accordance with legal/retention policy requirements and the Company’s policy of confidentiality and security of critical corporate records and proprietary information.
9)Prepares and dispatch, within required timelines, all ministerial and or statutory reports related to the compliance function.
LEGAL SUPPORT
10)Conducts research in relation to the laws, including regulations, manuals, guidelines and principles binding on the Company and the best practice/international standards to support the Compliance Framework.
11)Maintains awareness of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of current changes that may affect the Company.
12)Provides support to the Corporate Attorney/Company Secretary as may be assigned from time to time including
- Preparation and review of contracts, policies, leases etc. and collaboration with the respective departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Research and preparation of legal opinions on matters of corporate relevance and importance.
- Supporting the planning, organizing and conduct of Board/sub-committee/shareholder meetings.
13)Executes any other related duties as assigned, competently and effectively.
Job Specifications
Minimum Acceptable Academic Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Law Degree AND Legal Education Certificate
- Auditing experience/qualification would be an asset.
- Professional Compliance Certification would be an asset.
AND
Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
