Description
IMMEDIATE START – WORK FROM HOME Opportunity
Job Summary
Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries related to their mobile products, handheld use, details on promotions and contract renewal. Escalate customer cases that are not resolvable on first contact base on agreed policies and procedures. Promotes the use of self-service methods and provides usage in support. Upsells and cross-sells additional business and residential mobile products to existing customers. In general, the agent will provide all the necessary information about the product, the reception of the signal and different uses of the customer’s mobile phone.
Key Duties and Accountabilities
- Identify customer problems through effective interrogation strategies
- Use tools and systems to identify the problems of the clients and the solution required
- Understand and handle the applications used by each country in customer service
- Escalate clients problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution, in case of facing a problem out of their capability of resolution
- Ensure every incident is documented in an adequate manner, are notified to whom may correspond and escalate it when corresponding
- Fulfil all the productivity and quality objectives required of the agent
- Ensure an excellent customer service through quick and effective actions, to solve the client issue.
- Strive to meet and exceed assigned performance goals (individual).
