The Human Resources Department is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the contract position of:
OFFICER, HUMAN RESOURCES
JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent is required to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Management (HRM) system. They will participate in the development and administration of the human resources policies, procedures, processes, programs and leads the practice of HRM in the functional areas of: organization development, employee relations, training and employment, and compensation and benefits, thereby enabling SporTT to fulfil its mandate.
Duties include salary administration, review of payroll, preparation and delivering of training programmes; analysing HRM data; conducting investigations and research to inform HRM decision making.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A recognised University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Aministration or a related;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing duties in one or more of the functional areas of human resource management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience the Public Sector in a related field would be considered an asset.
Or any equivalent combination of qualification and experience
