Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer – Temp/Project
Summary/Objective
The HSE Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination for the implementation of Digicel’s HSE Management System.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducts Monthly HSE audits and inspections
- Conduct facilities, task and project HSE risk assessments.
- Attends contractor HSE meetings and internal project meetings.
- Conduct HSE Administrative functions
- Conduct / participate in accident investigations.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE training sessions.
- Conduct tool box talks and safety briefings
- Coordinate HSE activities (HSE Week, Health Fairs)
- Liaise with clients and other agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations.
- Implement Digicel’s HSE policies and procedures.
- Draft monthly HSE executive reports
- Coordinate & execute periodic emergency drills (Fire, bomb threats, earthquake, hurricane)
- Assist the HSE Manager in the preparation of HSE Audits, HSE Plans and training.
- Conduct contractor HSE orientation and audits.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, preferably with a strong background in electrical safety, working at heights and construction safety.
- NEBOSH Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Evidence of training in Working at Heights, First Aid & CPR, Fire Warden, Risk Assessment, Confine Space and Electrical Safety.
- An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Job Title: Government Account Manager – Business Solutions
Summary/Objective
The Government Account Manager represents Digicel Trinidad Limited at our Government Accounts and is the single/first point of contact for the customer representing all aspects Digicel Business. The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of Government Account Management including; Setting Strategy, Driving Profitable Results within Customer Account, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. The Account Manager will be knowledgeable of Industry Trends, Economic Factors and understand relevant Information and Technology solutions. The Account Manager will drive Digicel Solutions to targeted Government Accounts to achieve Digicel Business Strategy and Financial Objectives.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- The account manager will ensure all major accounts are properly documented and updated monthly with an updated strategic account plan. The customer strategic account plan will drive sales within the year for major clients. Plan of actions, SWOT, and key opportunities must be identified and actively managed.
- Set relevant targets and actions for customer support managers who will actively work with account managers in government accounts.
- Build efficiencies within the customer support managers’ team to achieve the full range of account objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to customer support managers’ team and develop an environment of continuous learning.
- Act as liaison between pre-sales and service delivery departments to ensure that all products and services are delivered on-time and within budget. Ensure proper escalation of potential delays to customer service/site and mitigate against such. Actively seeks both Digicel and customer’s interest.
- Actively drive successful senior customer relationships within customer accounts working at various CXO levels to ensure customer needs are exceeded. Represent the company at various customer seminars and partner forums.
- Meet and exceed clear performance targets across assigned territory. Continuously work to ensure a consistent approach to growing Digicel customer base.
- Proactively advise senior management on the product, sales and marketing strategy trends for the assigned market/industry.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business management or related discipline
- 10 years’ of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in the ICT Industry, working for a Vendor or a Systems Integrator
- Experience in and with the mobile telecommunications and Information Technology sector would be considered a valuable asset.
- Experience in the Government sector is a key assets
- An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Job Title: E-Commerce Strategist
Summary/Objective
The E-Commerce Strategist has responsibility for the day to day management of the direct to consumer platforms, ensuring that the Ecommerce platform and product offers meet the needs of the customers, recommending and implementing changes to optimise end to end customer journeys to drive revenues and retention. This role is integral in driving the digital channel adoption as part of the company’s Digital Operator growth path.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey on our ecommerce platforms
- Ensure Digital direct to customer platforms are updated with relevant product information, images, description and prices.
- Online Product Management to ensure that products are simple to find and laid out in a manner to drive revenues.
- Responsible for all elements of ecommerce platforms, including user centered optimisation of the site based on usability findings and/or standard UI design practices
- Lead the creation and testing of customer journeys, UX and UI testing, navigation flows, and site maps for the ecommerce portal
- Develop and implement testing schedules including A/B testing, multivariate testing
- Develop and implement CRM plan to optimise audiences, drive engagement and conversion KPIs
- Strategises with Sales and Commercial teams to monitor and ensure adequate stockholding based on customer behaviour
- Ensure inventory is available in advance of campaigns or initiatives
- Manage digital direct to consumer platform profitability and prepare forecasts and projections based on seasonality as well as owning onsite merchandising, search
- Work with Marketing Strategy teams to drive SEO, PPC, Affiliate and Display advertising
- Prepare performance reports with cost of sales, conversions and profitability
- Any other duties as determined by the Head of Marketing and the department needs
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in ecommerce platforms evidenced by knowledge of tools and software.
- Must have knowledge of direct to customer digital platforms.
- Marketing or IT Degree or equivalent qualifications
- An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.
Functional Skills
- Certification in UX experience, e-commerce, digital business, customer journey mapping
- Previous experience with digital sales funnel software is preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Magento or SalesForce preferred
- Ability to liaise with and motivate cross functional teams towards the delivery of critical metrics
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
