Job description:
Summary/Objective:
As the Salesforce Developer you will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will assist the team in maintaining and repairing existing code in the system as well as develop new solutions to assist the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Salesforce CRM application: maintain functional areas of data management, review of existing custom code that has been added over time with a view to repair / remove where necessary
- Assist in review of the system architecture to repair outdated code
- Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions on both management and individual levels using standard Salesforce reporting functionality as well as advanced Excel automation of existing reports
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations.
- Experience in one or more of these aspects of a Salesforce project is a must
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Able to work out-of-hours and under tight and ever-changing deadlines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB
- High levels of expertise with PC applications especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Working knowledge of Access and SQL
- Knowledge of Java and JavaScript is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative with the desire to learn new skills.
- Extensive experience with databases (SQL) and collections
- Strong SQL skills and experience with TopLink, EclipseLink, JDBC, WebLogic or Oracle database is desired
- Strong front-end experience is a must; Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc
Functional Skills:
- Superb attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results to tight deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Willingness to experiment and innovate through technology.
- “Can-do”, positive attitude with a mind to always quantifying what their contribution to the work is worth.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Able to work out-of-hours and under tight and ever-changing deadlines

Job Title: Business Data Analyst
Summary/Objective:
As the Business Data Analyst you will work as part of a dedicated team analyzing data produced by our systems to aid management to develop, implement, monitor and report commercial strategies for Digicel’s B2B products and services across thirty (30) global markets.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order build out reporting using information from our systems. This person will assist the team in building, maintaining and suggesting changes to existing code in the system to assist the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Use data, analytics, user trends and revenue trends to develop and implement the business strategy for driving plan and product penetration and overall growth of revenue, the suite of products, and ensuring channel profitability and optimization.
- Assist in managing the reporting tools on Salesforce CRM application: Build out reporting on functional areas of data management.
- Assist in buildout of new code based on reporting requirements identified.
- Challenge and review information entered by markets and work with markets on understanding what is being captured in SFDC to ensure accuracy of reporting.

Job Title: IT Cloud Data & AI Administrator
Location: Trinidad and Tobago
Primary objective of the job:
The IT Cloud Data & AI Admin is responsible for providing a mix of traditional database support along with Azure Data Admin and AI. The Admin’s focus for traditional database support will be the implementation, configuration, maintenance and performance of databases. Azure Data Admin support includes the design and implementation of management, monitoring security and privacy of data using the full stack of Azure data services to satisfy business needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage databases in Azure
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes
- Monitor system health and performance
- Ensure high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
- Provide suggestions for solutions
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement
- Provide 24×7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
- To detect and troubleshoot Database Server related CPU, Memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention
- Design and build High Available & High-Performance Database Environments
- Assist in automation activities where-ever possible from design through development and deployment
- Share technical expertise and cross-train other peers and team members
- Implement data storage solutions that include relational and non-relational data stores
- Manage and develop data processing that include batch processing and streaming solutions
- Monitor and optimize data solutions
- Data security and compliance
- Process automation
Academic qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related studies
- Applicable Azure related certifications like MCSE, MCSD, MCSA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or similar role
- Experience with MySQL Server and/or PostgreSQL Server Administration is a plus
- Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
- VMWare Experience, preferably hands on
- Cloud Migration Experience is a plus
- Familiar with data storage and protection, backup and data retention policies and processes
- Familiarity with Security and Networking
- Knowledge of virtual (VMware) and Cloud based Infrastructure and technologies (Hybrid, IaaS, SaaS)
Functional Skills:
- Ability to define and work to different requirements for different locations
- Functioning in a self-managed, unstructured environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and handle ambiguity
