      The RO/ MOD’s Planner is responsible for ensuring the provision of a high standard of front-end planning and management for the entire RO and modifications MO’s lifecycle.

      The RO/ MOD’s Planner is responsible for ensuring the provision of a high standard of front-end planning and management for the entire RO and modifications MO’s lifecycle, including building job cards, monitoring work pack progress, producing reports and guiding scopes towards the optimum completion date. The RO/ MOD’s Planner is also responsible for ensuring the provision of a high standard of schedule development and management for entire project lifecycle, including building schedules, monitoring progress, producing reports and guiding scopes towards the optimum completion date.



      Key Duties:  

      •  Maintain a good working knowledge of relevant scheduling software eg. Primavera.
      • Prepare schedules for entire RO and MO lifecycle, including campaign, maintenance and construction.
      • Gather accurate progress and expended man hours information at relevant time intervals.
      • Lead all Front-End planning activities setting up all scopes, develop construction methodology, preparing all plans, procedures and site readiness checks.
      • Coordinate the construction and commissioning contractors with the preparation of their plans and procedures assuring they are both achievable and technically acceptable in-line with the project and legislative requirements.
      • The Planner will document the work to be executed by discipline and identify necessary equipment, materials and Control of Work requirements to complete the job safely and efficiently.
      • Maintain reusable task lists within CMMS (SAP) which comply with the Global Work Management Standard.
      • Ensure full close-out of the MO’s and RO’s.
      • Identifies all hire equipment and tools required.
      • Ensures that the Campaign work scope is clearly defined and communicates with the offshore personnel to ensure scope is clear and understood.
      • Produces a work-pack (including certification) for each campaign, RO and MO activity.
      • Identifying all service contractor requirements.
      • Coordinate with Site Construction Leads in execution of scopes or works.
      • Progress planning of RO’s and MO’s in SAP for scopes life cycles.
      • Ensure site readiness checks are carried out using Go No/Go.
      • Develop execution man-hour estimates, identify all resource requirements, (including 3rd parties), as part of the planning process.
      • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all materials.
      • Work with logistic coordinator and Mods superintendent on scope planning and progress.


      Skills / Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, from a recognised university.
      • PMP or related project management certification will be an asset.
      • At least Seven (7) years experience in a Project Controls role.
      • Working knowledge of SAP.
      • Good working knowledge of Project Management Software e.g. Primavera or Mpower, Microsoft Project.
      • Good understanding of the basic principles of Project Management.
      • Good general understanding of SAP and planning in this software.
      • Experience in the oil & gas industry.
      • High degree of Computer Literacy.
      • Good verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to provide direction to and supervise others.
      • Ability to work unsupervised.
      • Ability to work in a Team environment.
      • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
      • Ability to work well with external and internal customers.

      Senior E & I Technician

      The Senior E & I Technician role involves the candidate to provide onshore/ office and periodic offshore / on-site support.to the construction team on ongoing E&I field execution across portfolio projects.

      The Senior E & I Technician role involves the candidate to provide onshore/ office and periodic offshore / on-site support. Candidate will support the construction team on ongoing E&I field execution across portfolio projects. The provision of critical technical support to onsite teams during E&I construction activities is also a requirement to minimize delays and identify issues early. In addition, the role involves the coordination E&I materials requisition and loadouts based on site demand and scheduled activities.



      Key Duties:  

      • Assist in the development of critical components of the construction work pack and provide support to the construction engineer where necessary.
      • Review core E&I technical construction documents, (cable schedule, instrumentation index, single line drawing, loop and termination drawings; cable tray isometrics, equipment datasheets, etc.) and determine scope accuracy and potential issues from a constructability perspective.
      • Aid with urgent cases where E&I technical support is required by the offshore team inclusive of but not limited to; clarification on design/ drawings; requirements for additional materials; issues which require intervention by other disciplines etc.
      • Develop/ review/ modify E&I Job-cards for E&I scopes as per Massy Wood format.
      • Able to use the 3-D model and other tools, (to be provided), to accurately map scope for planning and work-pack deliverables.
      • Actively participate in constructability reviews; quality & L2RA joint reviews and planning & sequencing sessions to ensure all aspects of subject E&I scope(s) are identified clearly.
      • Conduct periodic offshore site visits to facilitate project scope as required.
      • Liaise with offshore E&I Superintendent/ alternate to ensure materials are loaded out as per schedule, inclusive of development of Material Requisitions.
      • Review E&I documents/ instrument datasheets to develop BOM.
      • Coordinate with the materials team and as needed, physically confirm E&I materials for the bagging and tagging process.
      • Ensure the Bag and Tag tracker is current and up to date for E&I materials.
      • Possess knowledge with E&I installation for CLASS 1 DIV 1 and CLASS 1 DIV 2 Hazardous Areas in accordance NEC 500 and 505.
      • Ability to survey existing E&I installation and equipment to determine acceptable state for equipment which will be rewired/ reused eg. EX rating and condition of instrument housing.
      • Review procedures, Process Plans and Work / Operations Procedures for the overall Construction activity.
      • Liaises with the Construction/Engineering Department where necessary.
      • Able to produce technical documents, reports with excellent formatting and presentation.
      • Performs all other related job functions as required.

      Skills / Qualifications

      • Diploma/Certification in Electrical/Instrumentation or Industrial Engineering from a recognised institution.
      • Offshore Experience.
      • EX Certification.
      • Wireman License.
      • A minimum of three (8) years’ experience in a similar position.
      • In depth knowledge and experience working with E&I material for Hazardous Area Classification.
      • Knowledgeable about E&I material storage and Preservation Requirements.
      • Must possess the ability to interpret E&I Drawings.
      • Required knowledge of Construction / Electrical / Inspection codes and practices such NETA ATS, NEC 500/505, NFPA 70.
      • As a minimum, he/she shall have experience with installation of equipment such as, Measurement Instrumentation, F&G Devices Telecommunication devices, Electrical power and control Cables, Instrument Tubing, Pumps, Motors, Skids, Valves, Vessels, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Auxiliary Equipment, Packaged Equipment in plant construction etc.

      The MOD Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and technical support necessary for site procurement and materials management in respect to RO and MO activities.

      The MOD Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and technical support necessary for site procurement and materials management in respect to RO and MO activities.

      Key Duties:  

      The incumbent is required to maintain a focus on key deliverables and effective Subcontracts, fabrication (Self Perform) and Purchase Order administration activities including but not limited to the following:

      • Expediting discipline input to construction work-packs & provide timely information with respect to availability of materials, equipment and services in respect of the work-packs at each defined stage of the approval cycle.
      • Liaison with the Self Perform teams, Procurement and warehouse and logistics contractor to co-ordinate the prioritized call-off of materials to satisfy the onsite scope delivery.
      • Communication with the Procurement team & the Project fabrication contractors to expedite deliveries, schedules, arrange returns, notify of complaints or rejections.
      • Communication with the HSSE Team to ensure timely pre-mobilisation checks.
      • Ensuring that the MOD team & other responsible project members are aware of any external or internal problems with regards to fabrication (self-perform) scopes & related materials issues.
      • Coordination of 3rd party vendors to get them ready for onsite execution.
      • Understanding the Project Planning and Scheduling methodologies (Primavera P6).
      • Liaison with the Project planner to provide accurate updates to the overall Project plan.
      • Reviewing performance feedback in respect of materials and services providers.
      • Coordinate Covid requirements for all personnel’s going offshore/onshore.
      • Coordinate with Self Perform material & Logistics Coordinator to get all fabrication items shipped to respective facility.
      • Coordinate flights plan with relevant area flight dispatcher to get execution teams on facility in time after covid quarantine


      Skills / Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
      • Five (5) years minimum with an Oil & Gas industry main contractor in a Project environment.
      • Onshore / offshore construction project logistics co-ordination experience.
      • Interfacing with Suppliers, Engineering, QA/QC, Document Control, Procurement, and Client representatives.
      • Ability to synthesise complex or diverse information.
      • Ability to work effectively, prioritise and develop realistic action plans in a fast-paced work environment.
      • Ability to work as part of a team.

      The Commissioning Specialist is responsible for leading the safe execution of the overall portfolio pre-commissioning and commissioning work scope in accordance with contract documents, specifications, procedures, and plans.

      Key Duties:  

      • Lead overall pre-commissioning and commissioning works execution per work plans, specifications and procedures. Interface with other discipline commissioning and project stakeholders during execution of the works.
      • Prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning strategies.
      • Lead preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans and work packs ensuring all work processes and procedures conform to the project standards and meet required level of Quality Assurance.
      • Prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule and resource plan and interface for input to the overall project schedule.
      • Lead preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning test procedures as required, interfacing with construction and completions personnel. Prepare detailed test plans, procedures, work instructions, JSA’s, etc. as necessary for commissioning activities.
      • Prepare for and attend Factory Acceptance Tests as required.
      • Review Client and vendors commissioning assistance plans.
      • Prepare performance test procedures and operating manuals in support of the Client Commissioning and Operations Team.
      • Identify pre-commissioning and commissioning tools, test equipment, temporary facilities, lubricants, consumables, third party services required for work execution and arrange the procurement thereof.
      • Coordinate sourcing of project pre-commissioning / commissioning manpower, materials, equipment and third – party services, if any, and ensure availability as per plan.
      • Prepare offshore personnel mobilization plan and coordinate personnel offshore POB and movement.
      • Provide input to the establishment of system and sub-system boundaries and Completions database population in conjunction with the Completions team
      • Participate in constructability reviews to ensure efficient commissioning and handover
      • Ensure all commissioning data, documentation and handovers are in accordance with Completions process and project procedures
      • Play an active role in maintaining a strong safety culture in commissioning team
      • Assist in the preparation of BSP performance test procedures and operating manuals
      • Report accurate commissioning progress and status reports to the Commissioning Manager and project planner


      Skills / Qualifications

      • First Degree in Engineering (BSc, BEng).
      • Membership of a professional body.
      • Professional or chartered engineering status preferred.
      • Second Degree (MSc, MBA) preferred.
      • Formal management training.
      • Typically a minimum of 10 years’ minimum relevant experience.
      • Possesses skilled knowledge in engineering projects execution.
      • Possesses skilled knowledge in supervising personnel.
      • Possesses skilled knowledge in managing jobs / projects.
      • Conversant with the completions / commissioning process.
      • Ability to understand / project specifications, procedures and drawings.
      • Thorough understanding of the principles of installation, testing, pre – commissioning, commissioning and general O&M of plant equipment and components.
      • Ability to identify PTW requirements and complete associated method statements / risk assessments for the safe execution of work scope.
