      JOB SUMMARY To identify value-added business to business market needs and develop products and services to meet these needs; by growing the market share for each product, improving the customer experience while achieving company and profitability targets.

      KEY RESULTS AREA
      To lead the development of new products and services; by building business cases, definition of internal processes, training of staff, pricing models and final product launch.
      To provide comprehensive support to sales and operational teams in all aspects of business-to-business product related engagements, by presentations, meetings, training and general product queries; aimed at 90% retention of corporate clients and revenue targets being met.
      To perform on-going management of product life cycle ensuring positioning of product mix via (a) product value proposition and (b) product differentiation.
      To provide consultancy services as required in order to improve operational efficiency to customers.
      To conduct research and development activities that are aligned with and support strategy and tactical plans of the Department.
      To identify the most relevant suppliers for the department by development and administration of request for proposals via the tender process; validates compliance with established service level agreements.
      To assist with administration of website related information for related products and services; validates that information is current and can be easily accessed by team members.
      To keep abreast of industry best practice and the competitive landscape as well as trends in the national economy that can impact customers; by ensuring TSTT’s product and services are competitive.
      Workplace Safety – ensures that all work is done in accordance with established safety practices and procedures.
      Performs such other related duties as may be assigned by the Senior Manager, from time to time.

      EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
       
      A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information systems, Technology or Computer Science.
                                                           AND
      Industry standard and valid technical level certifications in the discipline of Cyber Security or related technology.
      A minimum of five (5) years experience as an ICT Professional
      A deep knowledge of the ICT sector both locally and regionally is required.
      Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
      The following would be considered assets:
      A Master’s Degree in Information Systems OR a related Technology master’s degree.
      Work is done in a mixture of office and field-based work environments.
