Position Summary

As the Inter-Market Supply Network Planner, you will manage the Supply Planning process to ensure optimum availability of finished goods in accordance with Inventory and Compliance regulations, to ensure Customer Order Fulfillment On Time and at the Lowest Total Costs.

A day in the life of…
• To Coordinate and Facilitate the Continuous Replenishment of assigned products from Inter-Market suppliers to the Distribution Centers for the Customer Order Fulfillment process. Inter-Market suppliers include affiliates, Joint Ventures and 3rd Parties.
• Develop the Sourcing Strategy for the assigned categories to ensure we manage all risks. This includes consideration of stock levels, lead times, freshness, alternative sourcing, costs, reliability of supplier, etc., so that we avoid Out of Stocks for our markets.
• Establish/Maintain Stock Policies of Finished Goods for Receiving Markets. Regular review of the stock levels in each Market to proactively look for solutions in case of deviations.
• Ensure the APO & R3 master data is up-to-date for the lifecycle of the products.
• Develop Supplier Relationships to increase communication and transparency of operations and to develop collaborative improvement plans. To facilitate this, establish regular IPR meetings with each Supplier at least on a monthly basis to drive the improvements necessary to ensure Product Availability.
• Provide relevant inputs into the MBP Process and Operational Reviews (MOR, WOR, DOR) as required. This will include, for example, supply risks and proposed actions to mitigate.
• Ensure Partnership Agreements and Product Briefs are prepared and updated as required according to IMS Best Practices.
• Analyze the current stock situation at the Distribution Centre, foresee the stock evolution and discuss with Distribution Team possible ways to avoid storage capacity deficits and container congestion.

What will make you successful
• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a planning field
• MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and MS Project
• Understanding of Financial Analysis and relevant Business Drivers
