JOB FUNCTION
- Leads and maintains enterprise cyber security program inclusive of the strategy, road-map, governance, policies, standards and controls across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) or Supervisory Control and Data acquisition (SCADA) environments
- Oversees security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response.
- Coordinates cyber-security implementation with IT and SCADA leadership.
- Conducts cyber-security risk assessments, audits and compliance activities.
- Leads in incident response and recovery planning and testing. Establishes security architecture standards for systems,
- applications and infrastructure.
- Manages third-party cyber-security risk and vendor compliance. Advises executive leadership on cyber risks, emerging threats and
- investment priorities.
- Manages cyber-security sta performance, development and organisation-wide security awareness programmes.
- Represents the Commission in internal and external cyber security engagements.
- Prepares and administers departmental budgets.
- Performs other related duties as required by the job function.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- BSc. Computer Science or a related discipline. Certification in Information Security such as Certified
- Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent professional certification.
- Master’s degree in Cyber-security, Information Systems or
- Business Administration would be an asset.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in cyber-security including five (S) years’ at a senior management level.
- Sound knowledge of cyber-security principles, industry standards, threat intelligence, vulnerability management and incident response.
- Sound knowledge of IT and OT/SCADA security architectures and controls.
- Working knowledge of recognised security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, communication and leaderships skills.

JOB FUNCTION:

- Partners with business units to identify and deliver Al and analytics opportunities.
- Monitors emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in Al and Data Analytics including five (5) years at a senior management level.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and Al methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms, and data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ethical Al practices, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
