Sales Assistant performs a number of functions that are critical to offering our customers the best experience when they shop at our Image Centers. The employee works as part of a team to meet the store’s operational and sales objectives. The employee’s responsibilities will include the application of cosmetic products, waxing and sharing knowledge of the current trends in make-up. In addition, he/she must be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Employee must be well educated about the Sacha brand and is required to educate the customer on our products with the goal to establish long-term customers and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge of the Sacha brand at all times.
- Maintain a high level of Customer service at all times.
- Apply cosmetic products on the customer which meet the customer’s expectations and provide positive honest feed-back on product performance.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak season when necessary
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

As part of our recruitment process, all candidates must provide a recent profile photo and links to their active social media platforms upon submission of their job application. This requirement ensures that we have a comprehensive understanding of our candidates’ professional profiles and online presence, which aligns with our commitment to maintaining a positive company image.
Procedure:
1. Application Submission:
1.1. All job applicants must submit their application through the designated application process outlined by Sacha.
1.2. Along with the application, candidates must attach a recent profile photo and provide links to their active social media platforms.
2. Review and Assessment:
2.1. Upon application submission, the Human Resources department will review the candidate’s profile photo and evaluate their social media platforms.
2.2. The HR department will ensure that the provided profile photo is appropriate and meets the professional standards of Sacha.
2.3. Social media platforms will be assessed to gain insight into the candidate’s professional qualifications, behavior, and overall online presence.
3. Interview Scheduling:
3.1. Following a positive assessment of the profile photo and review of the social media platforms, the HR department will proceed with scheduling an interview.
3.2. The provided contact information will be used to communicate the date, time, and other necessary details regarding the interview.
4. Privacy and Non-Discrimination Assurance:
4.1. All profile photos and links to social media platforms submitted by job applicants will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
