The Manager, Innovation and Product Technical Services is responsible for driving innovation and providing technical support for product development, packaging renovation and product technical specifications.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. The Manager will lead a team focused on enhancing product offerings, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering exceptional product quality and performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Innovation Leadership:
- Lead the innovation strategy, identifying opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Production, Procurement, and Planning to conceptualize and bring innovative products to market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Product Technical Services:
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers, including product specifications, application guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product datasheets, manuals, and documentation that conforms to NFM quality and food safety requirements, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Technical Extension Services to create and execute product training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and customers to ensure a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
- Leads conducting of comparative product tests and analyses of competitive products to aid in product improvement and ensures product delivers highest quality and performance.
- Project Management:
- Manage projects related to new product development, product launches, and technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and drive execution through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Customer Engagement:
- Supports Technical Extension Services as part of the technical liaison between the organization and industrial customers for new product initiatives, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements.
- Build strong relationships with key industrial customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences to drive product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Technical Extension teams to develop technical sales materials, presentations, and demonstrations to support customer engagement activities.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science/Technology or related field; Advance degree or MBA

Minimum seven (7) years experience in product development, technical services or related roles within the manufacturing industry, of which three (3) years should be at a leadership and strategic level
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and successfully bringing new products to market
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects from concept to commercialization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results
- Deep technical expertise in relevant areas, with a thorough understanding of product specifications, applications, and industry standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and abilities
- Above-average interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Sound human resource management and financial analysis capabilities
- Good systems thinking skills
- Above-average knowledge of consumer market dynamics

The Systems Analyst – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions is responsible for reviewing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to support the organization’s business operations.
The role involves performing business analysis and systems development to ensure ERP functionality meets current and future requirements, preparing and maintaining system and user documentation, supporting system audits, developing dashboards and reports through data modelling and transformation, delivering user training, and working closely with ERP user departments and in-house ICT teams to recommend and implement optimal system solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports, maintains and extends the ERP solution (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
- D365 development customization and configuration
- Supports and maintains other enterprise applications such as Microsoft SharePoint and custom CRM application
- Performs data modelling, data transformation and develops custom reports, dashboards and analytics in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server
- Collaborates with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Designs and builds applications and other IT solutions aligned with business requirements
- Designs and builds RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
- Ensures all custom solutions are fully integrable with D365 using APIs, data entities, and approved integration frameworks
- Troubleshoots application issues, performs root‑cause analysis, and deploys timely fixes
- Works with the ICT infrastructure team to support upgrades, patches, testing cycles, and change management
- Prepares and maintains user and system documentation
- Ensures data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal ICT standards
- Conducts training with end-users on application usage, as necessary
- Conducts regular research into emerging technology that can be employed to improve business operations
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Formal training and certification in D365 (or Dynamics AX) – Consultant, Solution Architect and/ or Developer
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar position in systems development and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX, data modelling and reporting
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL and data modelling
- Experience with Automation Tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience in C#, X++, .NET, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Knowledge of Food and Feed Manufacturing operations and ERP integration requirements is desirable
- Familiarity with REST APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Project management skills: familiarity working with Agile project management tools (e.g. Trello or Jira) and agile principles
- A working knowledge of Excel and use of basic formulas and formatting
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and reliability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Operates with integrity and accountability, taking ownership for outcomes
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and disciplined adherence to development standards
- Shows initiative and accuracy in analysing requirements, delivering ERP solutions, and maintaining system documentation
