Overview

Superior Hotels Trinidad and Tobago Limited, the parent company of The BRIX Hotel,    Autograph Collection by Marriott,  opening in 2021 is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

ResponsibilitiesThe chief steward is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, storerooms, workrooms, restaurants equipment and making sure that they are in good working order. Supervises the staff in cleaning and sanitizing these areas and to provide a safe and healthy environment for guest and associates. He inspects the areas after cleaning to ensure that the work complies with the brand standards of the company and the health regulations.

Qualifications

Certification in Ecolab, Commercial Equipment Cleaning and HACCP

 

 Experience

• Minimum of 5 years stewarding experience with at least 3 years in stewarding supervisory role.
