It’s your dad and you know him better than anyone. Every year for Father’s Day you give him exactly what he needs. He probably owns a variety of ties, shirts, socks, hats, wallets, watches, cell phone cases, and #1 Dad mugs by now, all that you have picked out for him. He probably knows exactly what you might be getting him this year too. If you are predictable and usually give your father the items that he needs, then surprise him with the things he wants this Father’s Day with these magnificent gift ideas.
For the Dad who loves his ride
If you know your Dad holds a personal relationship with his Betsy then give him a gift that would spruce up his vehicle.
Maybe his vehicle can do with some decorative air fresheners and useful gadgets such as a housing for the house light, cup holder, and seat belts that would make his ride look, smell, and feel better than it is now. Make sure that whatever you choose, he will surely enjoy using it.
You may also want to surprise him with a more updated music device than the one he currently has. If he is still using the original radio that came with his vehicle many years ago, it’s time to make him more trendy. Give him a device that offers USB ports for him to play his favourite songs from off his phone.
Also, try giving the gift of automotive upholstery. Surprise him with brand new floor mats, dashboard accessories and covers for his vehicle’s seats, steering wheel, and seat belts.
When he loves to grill
If your dad loves to cook, well then most likely he loves to grill. Surprise Dad this Father’s Day with a brand new grill, utensils, and his very own chef outfit. Give him the hat and apron that he has only seen on TV. Save him the trouble of going to the grocery by providing him with his ribs, steak, beef patties, seasonings, barbecue smoke and all the sauces to make his gift ready to use. You may even throw in some fries, rice, or potatoes to complete the meal for a barbecue to celebrate Father’s Day with your dad outdoors.
When he loves his tools
Take a peek at your dad’s tool collection and see if you can bring him up to date with some advanced tools. Whatever looks outdated, surprise him with a brand new one. Better yet, if you can give him tools that he has only dreamt of getting for himself. He may need a handy tool set, drill, power saw, jack hammer, masonry tools, yard tools, or just proper gear to operate heavy machinery. Don’t overlook his work around the house, it may be one of the loves of his life.
When he loves to fish
Your Dad may love to fish but never does it because he does not have the necessary equipment. Surprise him this year with all the fishing gear he needs to go out on the waters during his time off to reel in some big catches. Make sure that your gift is accommodated by an invitation to go fishing with him. You will be giving a very special gift that includes spending quality time with your dad.
When he loves to relax
Just like you, your dad loves to relax. Give him alternatives to watching TV and sleeping on the couch or the bed all day on his time off. Set up a hammock or place a lounge chair at his back yard for him to enjoy the outdoors while he rests.
Also, keep him active while he relaxes with a large swimming pool and pool gadgets to keep him afloat. Don’t forget to dress him in the right gear for his new pool.
You may also give Dad some therapeutic items for relieving stress. Try body massagers, stress relieving balls, magnetic slippers, shoes, and mugs. Make your dad the happiest dad this Father’s Day.
