Making Avocado or Zaboca Toast
1 large avocado
2 tablespoons parsley
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 slices whole-grain bread
Cut open, remove seed and scoop avocado flesh into a bowl.
Add parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil and lemon juice.
Mash together using a potato masher.
Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
Spread avocado mixture onto each piece of toast.
