By Candida Khan. They say a dog is a man’s best friend, well I have two puppies of my own. I am a complete animal lover. My puppies are over six years old, but I still call them puppies because they are of a small breed. One of them is called Simba and the other Sparky.
Can you guess which dog is Simba and which is Sparky from the pictures? They are the sweetest pets ever. My puppies are mix breed brothers. They are pompek mixed with rottweiler. Weird combination right?
Man’s best friend really smart animals
Ever realise how dogs can never not love their master? When I’m sad, they seem to know to come over and cuddle. When I get home after work, guess who is there to greet me at the gate? They are the perfect pets. I love them so much!
Most of the time they just want to play or be loved. They have adventures in the land behind my house. They love to play fetch with tennis balls. I taught them to sit and wait before I throw the ball. They really are smart animals.
Simba is energetic and Sparky is cuddly
My dogs are completely different, even though they are brothers. Simba is more energetic than Sparky. Sparky has sorrowful eyes and he is more cuddly, jealous and flubby. Simba is fit and he loves to run and play. He is also very curious when it comes to other animals.
One thing they have in common is that they hate flies. They are always trying to catch it. Sparky has a strange addiction to ice. Once he hears the ice machine, he immediately becomes alert and shows his tongue. He loves to catch ice cubes and eat them. Having two dogs is the best. They are my best buddies.
Man’s best friend is always there for you
I am completely against animal cruelty. I can’t imagine who would want to hurt such a sweet animal. Pets in general are always there for you, especially dogs, man’s best friend. They love you no matter what you do and you can rely on them when people let you down.
Did you know that studies show a correlation between pets and longevity? Why not adopt a pet! They can help reduce depression and improve your mood. I could always count on my doggies to make me feel better.
