Avocado or Zaboca Toast for breakfast

For all the avocado lovers, here is a simple recipe to turn your breakfast into a guacamole feast. Instead of having your avocado with chips, you’ll be enjoying it on some delicious toast. Check out more of our delightful recipes.

Making Avocado or Zaboca Toast
Ingredients

1 large avocado

2 tablespoons parsley

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

6 slices whole-grain bread

Directions

Cut open, remove seed and scoop avocado flesh into a bowl.

Add parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil and lemon juice.

Mash together using a potato masher.

Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.

Spread avocado mixture onto each piece of toast.
