My inspiration behind my pepper sauce with the hot chow flavour is my children. They always encourage me. My son talks about all the people who compliment me and then says, “Mummy, try your hand with something nah.” I listen, blend and bottle. He will taste and label for me. My daughter reminds me to purchase the ingredients and do my deliveries on time.

I have never received complaints about my pepper sauce. My customers always give me good compliments and I thank God for that. Back-up plan

I am a private healthcare worker by profession. I will never give up on that. But I always maintain a back-up plan for the inevitable. In my field, you never know when you can lose a patient. Then, Covid-19 came around unexpectedly. This is the time to bring out all your hidden talents. I do other stuff too but my pepper sauce is the only thing on the market for now, but I do have other plans.
