What is Honeygain?

Honeygain is an app for MacOS, Android and Windows that allows you to share your unused data in return for cash. Your devices are connected to the internet most of time, but when you are not using your phone or computer, like when you are asleep, your data remain unused.

How do you earn money?

Sharing data

When you download the app and set up everything, Honeygain will then start using your unused data. The app’s dashboard will keep you up to date on how much data and money you’ve earned. The best way to earn money fast is by using the app on many devices.

How much can you earn with Honeygain?

You earn one credit for every 10MB of traffic that you share. The current rate is $1USD per 10GB shared.

For every hour the app is running in the background it gains approximately 200-250mbs.

According to Honeygain:

– You can earn $20 per month sharing your data from three devices for six hours per day;

$50 per month running seven devices to reach 15GB of sharing and allowing for content delivery 24 hours per day

– Traffic can fluctuate, so on some days you can earn more money and some days you will earn less

Does it drain your battery?

This app runs in the background and drains little to no energy from your battery.

When can you cash out?

When you reach your first $20USD on Honeygain, then you can cash out. You can use cash out using Paypal transfer or even Bitcoin transfer.
