JOB PROFILE:
Assists the residents evaluate their abilities, interests, talents and personality characteristics in order to prepare them for programme/treatment at the Centre.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that residents attend and participate in all programme of activities.
- Facilitates group sessions: Emotional Encounter, walking papers (Groups), Static groups, Pass Panel and Peer Confrontation.
- Conducts sessions relevant to life skills in keeping with a therapeutic community operation.
