• Coordinate daily operations

• Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Requirements 

• Proven work experiences as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Food & Beverage knowledge
• Strong Leadership and motivational skills
