The incumbent will be required to develop and implement marketing activities, maintain brand integrity across all brand initiatives and communications, ensuring that the product lines resonate with current and potential customers.  Work closely with the Sales, Promotions and Merchandising teams to facilitate the achievement of optimum brand equity, sales, quality, distribution, visibility, price, placement and promotion of the assigned brands to enhance the Company’s image as a preferred supplier in the Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand strategies, communications, and marketing campaigns through the creation of annual marketing plans, using various effective platforms to reach the target customer.
• Implement marketing plans, promotions, media, and product launches for assigned brands to facilitate the achievement of the Company’s marketing objectives.
• Carry out market research, stay current and monitor market trends, competitive activities and conduct consumer insights, to identify opportunities, key issues, and areas for investment for all regions.
• Liaise with export personnel in the development of marketing plans for brands where applicable.
• Achieve and monitor monthly sales and gross profit targets in keeping with departmental objectives.
• Manage A&P spending in line with budget, margin requirements, and brand investment.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Evaluate the optimum quality, distribution, visibility, price, placement, and promotion of the assigned brands in all trade channels.
• Prepare draft forecasts and budget proposals and administer approved A&P budgets in collaboration with suppliers, Business Unit Manager /Marketing Manager and/or Divisional Manager, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and tracked.
• Conduct regular trade audits, monitoring existing brand portfolio, competitive activity, promotional trends, and identify opportunities and areas for investment, including appropriate tactical initiatives to counteract such activity.
• Monitor product expiration dates and damages of assigned brands at the warehouse and on trade, and implement measures to keep expiries to a minimum.
• Prepare local ICM forecasting – to ensure minimization of stock-outs, reduction in slow-moving stock and liquidation of discontinued products, and monitoring of expiry dates.
• Participation in regional quarterly business reviews in conjunction with Export Manager to understand brand performance, evaluate marketing executions and results, trade audits, competitive activity, and promotional trends identifying opportunities and areas for investment, including appropriate tactical initiatives to counteract such activity and advise on upcoming plans.
• Create and disseminate tools needed for sales, promotions, merchandising, and export teams to launch/introduce products in line with the Road Map.
• Submit all claims to suppliers in a timely manner and ensure reimbursements are received
• Coordinate and supervise activities of the Brand Management and Promotional team in the absence of the Marketing Manager.
• Train Sales, Merchandising, Medical Representatives, Customer Service, Promotions teams, and Regional Distributors on all existing and new brands and provide continuous guidance and assistance as required
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers ensuring that all requested reports are submitted in a timely manner and according to specifications
• Perform other related duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

Knowledge, Experience and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management or related field.
• A minimum of four (4) years similar experience in a FMCG Company with Multi brand experience.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Must possess a reliable, working vehicle

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and establishing sales territories, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales statistics and helping to grow the business. They will also be expected to be a great communicator together with the ability to establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer all export sales activities for assigned brands in assigned markets and ensure achievement of export sales and gross margin targets
• Assist in preparation of territory sales and travel budgets
• Identify opportunities for sales growth in new and existing markets
• Design required sales program for assigned territory in collaboration with distributors and ensure same is successfully implemented
• Develop appropriate pricing models for each market and conduct regular price review and audits to ensure optimal price and profitability
• Maintain knowledge on all competitor activities in each market
• Maintain all company distributors for all assigned territories and perform market visits
• Recommend appropriate distributors for assigned region
• Assist in implementing new product launches in assigned territory in conjunction with the brand marketing team
• Maintain knowledge on all product range and develop training programs for product training as required in conjunction with the brand marketing team
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements for the importation and sale of products are satisfied
• Manage and evaluate all stock and sales reports as submitted by distributors to ensure adequate stock cover and take appropriate action where necessary.
• Review the Accounts Receivable aging report on a consistent basis to ensure they are in line with the company policy and inform required follow-up action.
• Prepare rolling sales forecast by SKU for production planning for adequate stock cover
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction with all company products and services.
• Liaise with Export and Local Coordinator to ensure orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
• Work along with relevant customs and regulatory agencies to resolve any issues
• Contribute to the development of product training programs for export sales team
• Perform other related duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

Knowledge, Experience and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years sales and marketing at least 1 of which should be in export sales.
• Or relevant combination of training and experience
• Fluency in Spanish

TRADE EXECUTION COORDINATOR

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective implementation of all promotional activities as per the Division and brand standards.
• Works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams with the development and/or ordering of POS and promotional materials and ensure stock of same is adequately managed and controlled.
• Coordinates and executes all required Trade Marketing promotional activities for the Division
• Liaises with the Brand Team to strategize & prioritize activations for Key Events / Key Off-Premise customers to attain brand objectives.
• Executes promotions by providing support to sales and marketing to ensure activations are executed on time and with the highest standards.
• Provides timely feedback on all activities to ensure continuous improvement in executions
• Coordinates deployment of POP material to accounts along with trade tools for Merchandisers to implement.
• Liaises and negotiates with third party suppliers to coordinate staff and execution needs
• Handles proactively, any arising issues and troubleshoots any emerging problems on the event/ promotions day
• Supports the Key Account Manager with the execution of joint customer plan objectives
• Ensures all post event/promotion materials, unused stock and infrastructure are secured and returned to the organization storage facilities.
• Achieves optimal brand placement at all special events and accounts for displays

Knowledge & Experience:

• An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years in sales and distribution environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with FMCGs will be an asset.
