Sorrel Jam recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh sorrel leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 cups granulated sugar

- Wash the sorrel leaves thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
- Chop the sorrel finely.

Extract juice:
