The position of Professional Cook will be required to cook lunch and dinner of local cuisine five (5) days a week. The position would suit a professional cook who has worked in high quality restaurant, The successful candidate will have their own house at the property.

Professional Cook -Tobago

(3 Month Contract)

Scope 

The position of Professional Cook will be required to cook lunch and dinner of local cuisine five (5) days a week. The position would suit a professional cook who has worked in high quality restaurants. If from Trinidad he / she could return Friday evening and come back Monday morning.  The successful candidate will have their own house at the property.

• Prepare and manage the service of all food items
• Manage the decision-making process for improvements in meal offerings
• Coordinate the production of all menu items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Experience and Education Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years  culinary experience

• Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution or suitable combination of skills and experience would be considered in the absence of diploma.
• Broad knowledge of cooking techniques and food styles to ensure consistency
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Drivers licence with clean driving record is required

Salary range: $12,000.00 to $14,000.00
