Instructions:

  1. Mix honey and peanut butter until smooth (microwave gently if needed).
  2. Stir into cereal and mix well.
  3. Press into a greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Chill for 1 hour, then cut into squares.

3. Mini Sandwich Faces

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices
  • Cream cheese or peanut butter
  • Sliced olives, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots

Instructions:

  1. Spread bread with a base spread.

4. Tropical Ice Lollies

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Ice lolly moulds

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into moulds.

5. Cheesy Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Pizza sauce or ketchup
  • Shredded cheese
  • Toppings (sweet peppers, olives, mushrooms)

Instructions:

  1. Spread sauce on tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle cheese and toppings.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes or until cheese melts.

6. Banana Pancake Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mash banana, mix with eggs and cinnamon.

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Ice
  • ½ cup salt (rock salt or coarse salt)

  2. Fill large bag with ice and salt.
  3. Place small bag inside large one and shake for 7–10 minutes.
  4. Rinse small bag, open and enjoy!

  • Cooked pasta (bowtie or shells work well)

  • Italian dressing

Instructions:
