Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our Marketing team to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing online marketing strategies through our social media accounts to improve marketing and sales.

Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts and content
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Measure web traffic
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Suggest new ways to attract customers, like promotions etc.

Marketing Assistant Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms and best practices
• Four (4) years experience in Marketing or Advertising
• Experience with graphic design
• Ability to deliver creative context
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
