POSITION SUMMARY

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• You will coordinate the NiM ADC Yearly MOGE & GLOBE OPL (by General Ledger and Cost Centre) including POKA YOKE templates and ensure timely submission to MX CCC. Also accommodating business specific budget requests and allocations.
• You will perform Pre-PEC MOGE and GLOBE health checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of PEC runs and highlight red flags in advance for timely corrections.
• You will monitor and provide visibility on HR Structural Costs at PEC at granular level, including variance analysis and highlighting potential risks for mitigation.
• You will provide MOGE Monthly Forecast and Accuracy Review, with summary preparation for senior management and ensure DF accuracy for MOGE and Structural costs with close collaboration with Human Resources and Operations teams.
• You will prepare ADC shared services costs splits with accuracy and follow up on the actual cross charges. Ensure the transparency and the right use of the NAS for the allocation through Costing tools.

• You will provide visibility to budget owners on status of controllable MOGE items on periodic basis, to avoid overspending situations. In addition, guide on the correct use of General Ledgers and Cost Centres.
• You will prepare and evaluate reduction overhead costs projects using appropriate financial evaluation tools / criteria to ensure fulfilment of investment profitability objectives and allocation of savings in alignment with company strategy.
• You will Budget prepare and track with clear split between At Market and Above Market GLOBE costs. Collaborate with the two separate teams to ensure visibility over actual spends and variances. Timely escalate budget deviations.
• You will manage a robust, documented, and transparent cost allocation process and established Service Level Agreements. Communicate charges in an effective and timely manner to Finance managers and respond to queries.
• You will coordinate all Decision Support and Control related activities relating to costing across Nestlé businesses and ensure alignment of all other controlling teams on management accounting procedures and timelines.
• You will provide cover across the Business Planning and Reporting team and assist the DS Manager on ad hoc queries or preparation of presentations packs for key meetings.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

• First Degree: Accounting or Business
• Master’s / Professional Qualification / Other: ACCA Level lll Qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and reporting.
  • At least 2 years in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Must be IT literate with advanced skills on excel and ideally knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS), and Local Accounting Standards
  • Excellent Knowledge of financial concepts & principles.
  • Project Management skills and Knowledge of Business Planning

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Credit Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for the optimization of the mix of company sales and bad debt losses through accountability for the entire credit management process. Includes the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and assessment of the credit worthiness of potential customers, definition of the Company’s debt collection strategy and supervision of its effective execution.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Responsible for the implementation, reviewing and maintenance of a comprehensive Market Credit policy, together with the Market Credit Committee, in alignment with the Global Credit framework.
• Responsible to implement and communicate all Market Internal Controls
• Drives and monitors the credit reviews for new and existing customers, the determination of their credit limits and their assignment to risk categories
• Develop, Monitor and Drive the long-term updates of the Market Service Strategy Model (MSSM)
• Develop, in close cross functional collaboration, a Market Service Strategy that considers the different types of customers and their needs, to provide them with the most adequate, cost-effective services.
• Ensure compliance with the defined Service Strategy by closely monitoring its correct application and correcting any deviation.
• Ensure the proper long-term evolution of the Service Strategy Model through periodic reviews and reassessment of customers, as well as services offered.
• Organizes and co-ordinates the Strategic Market Credit Committee Leads the Operational Market Credit Committee.
• Manages in close collaboration with Sales and the Service Strategy Unit the relationship with the customer for credit related items to reduce exposure to potential bad debt.

• Ensures regular and effective reporting of the Key Performance (KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks) and Credit Management and Collection activities to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas using analytical tools. Oversee KPIs and PPIs involved in Credit Management and Collections processes
• Proposes the rules of calculating doubtful allowances (provisions) and reviews whether the criterions of writing off bad debts are met.
• Responsible to make decisions for ageing ledger items.
• Leads the process to identify 3rd party service provider (Debt Recovery agencies, External Credit Agencies, etc.) and negotiate the agreements between the provider and Nestlé.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate the Customer Facing Supply Chain team ensuring succession plans are in place for all key roles.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

• First Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge and experience in Key Account Management
