Position Summary

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Conducting needs analysis, risk assessment, gap analysis, etc. to identify areas in agribusiness which requires improvement for enhanced production, and ensure all actions are completed to drive improvement and efficiency
• Coordinating with internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the comprehensive execution of projects related to volume, nutrition, and genetic improvement
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and in accordance with the project objectives and technical feasibility
• Manage relationships with farmers, clients and all stakeholders geared at improving production volumes
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress, inclusive of the management of the availability and allocation of resources required for projects, monitoring and communicating project performance using KPIs, appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, etc.

What Makes You Successful

• Bachelor Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance or Agri-Business
• At least 3 prior experiences in Project Management
• Prior experience in Dairy Sector and financial negotiations and Sales
• Analytical Skills to understand project measures, cost analysis, activity-based costing methodology
• Knowledge of SAP System & Microsoft Office
• Good organizational skills and communication skills (written & verbal)

What Makes You Successful

• B.Sc. Food Science, Nutrition, Lawyer
• At least 5 to 10 years’ prior experience in various positions in the Food Industry / Trade Associations
• Competent in understanding and interpreting Food Regulations inclusive of local authorities responsible for label approvals, health certificate in each country
• Demonstrated management results in difficult operational environment with recognized people orientation with capability to lead a team to success.
• Prior experience in effective networking across the functional boundaries.
• Prior experience in building and implementing strategy in particular area.
• Strong project management skills and all related compliance instructions.
• Product development and manufacturing.
• Understanding of the value creation and P&L
• In depth knowledge of Codex Alimentarius and understand key differences in Food legislation of key markets
• Mastering local language and understanding, living local culture to engage successfully with local authorities and trade.

• You will support with the planning and implementation of new product development aligned to the strategic plan, through the development of specifications, the registration and management of recipes and the conduct of industrial trials and keeping quality tests.
• You will continually assess the technology of the Factory to determine appropriateness for new and renovated products in the pipeline.
• You will continuously review and improve the existing product range, through the conduct of audits and troubleshooting exercises, ensuring the optimisation of the manufacturing process.
