Restaurant General Manager Vacancy
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the management of the daily operations of all restaurants under his/her supervision, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, he/she oversees the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimise profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Restaurant General Manager reports to the Executive and Brand Managers.
- Management of all areas of the restaurant ensuring efficiency and profitability
- The achievement of all Company established operational targets with respect to Manager’s Key Result Areas (KRA) e.g. Sales, Food Cost, Labour Cost, Product Quality, Customer Service and Restaurant Cleanliness
- Ensures adherence and compliance of company standards and policies
- The effective supervision of all restaurant employees
- The effective control of all Company assets located at the restaurant inclusive of all cash and stock
- The adequate stocking of the restaurant
- The maintenance of Company standards and policies with respect to employee uniformity and restaurant operations
- The effective handling and resolution of customer complaints lodged while on duty
- Promoting team effort in the attainment Company goals and objectives
