Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:
The Franchise Operations Manager develops and executes availability and affordability strategy and tactics to achieve brand value and brand love objectives for the portfolio. This role will also be responsible for flawless execution at the point of sale process for all Coca-Cola portfolio in the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a trusted value-based relationship with bottling partners, acting as a liaison between Coca-Cola and the bottlers in the assigned Caribbean territory.
- Ensure the execution Winning at the Point of Sales (Affordability / Recruitment, Availability, and Market Assets). Enable bottlers point-of-sale execution process building customer partnership and relevance.
- Execute Commercial Plans; this includes, but is not limited to, media, point-of-sale material, sampling and local events. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler, leveraging knowledge from the marketing and customer and commercial leadership teams and executing through activation agencies.
- Execute availability strategy and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, defining/re-applying and executing specific objectives (by channel, brand, regions), specialized pre-seller routes, Emerging Beverages Inventory Replenishment, sales tracking and incentives, customer incentives, etc. This should be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging Business Unit capabilities team to achieve availability goals defined in the Rules of Engagement.
- Drives top line growth for all the Coca-Cola Portfolio by executing affordability strategies and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, conducting and executing occasion, brand, package, price and channel analysis, price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging knowledge from the Business Unit Marketing and the costumer and commercial leadership teams.
- Lead periodic performance reports for business monitoring. Review and follow up of weekly performance reports
- Reinforce the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.
General Requirements
- 2 or more years of Franchise Leadership roles preferred
- 5 or more years of Commercial experience and P&L management within Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Individual contributor with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencing skills
- Experience with the relevant bottler preferred
