Grant Thornton ORBIT Solutions Ltd is in search of an enthusiastic data entry clerk to join our team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Record all supplier and customer invoices
- Prepare supporting cheque payment vouchers for all cheques when required
- Record petty cash and cheque payments for all suppliers
- Record receipts for all customers
- Reconcile and verify journals
- Provide other general ad hoc accounting support as required
Qualifications
- CXC Passes which inlude POA, Maths and English
- Must be pursuing CAT/ACCA Level 2
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peachtree.
- Knowlege of Peachtree would be an asset
