Honey Roasted Nuts
Ingredients
¼ cup of white sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons of water
2 cups of peanuts
I teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Method
- Put peanuts into a heat-proof bowl.
- Put sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and water into a pot.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Pour over the peanuts in the bowl.
- Stir quickly with a spoon until the sugar dries and becomes sandy.
- Put onto a baking tray until cool.
Serve and enjoy.

Mango chow (made by Amy herself), salted-prunes, “Chinee” mango, sunflower bars, nut-cakes, black prunes, ginseng sweets … and the list can go on.
I happened to try a few of her products and I must say that the green mango delicacy should please the pickiest of chow lovers — it has the standard zing of pepper and everything.
