Guest Experience Leader

The Guest Experience Leader is responsible for:

• The implementation of Sales activities identified by the Restaurant Manager and Marketing department.

• Suggestive Selling to try new products, dessert, encourage all crew to do the same at the counter.

• Meet & Greet guests being authentic, providing the best possible experience to the Guest at every visit.

• SMILE!!!  Serve and Satisfy ALL Customers:

• Inform Guest of activities or campaigns within the restaurant.

• Solve any Complaints and encourage customer feedback on our Satisfaction platforms

• During rush periods, invite guests to sit and bring orders to tables

• Take and collect the order of guests who are differently abled, elderly and pregnant women.

• Always maintains a neat personal appearance

• Guarantee the Cleanliness of Guest Dining areas.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Available to work Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30 am – 7:30pm

• Between the Ages of 18-22 years

• Currently studying at Tertiary Level
